22 I just finished my 3rd session at 9 round Kickboxing and Fitness in Santa Margarita, ca. 92688
Being involved in sports since the age of 4 and a member of a fitness center for over 35 years, I do my best to stay in shape;but as I get older and now just hit the 50 year old stage of my life, I have let my self get out of shape in the past three years and have gained 45 pounds.
I was 170-175 in 2014, and now I am 215 pounds as I write this review.
To make a long boring story short, after my first three sessions here, I have
received a better/tougher/more enjoyable workout and have sweated more quickly in a one 30 minute workout/day then I have in a two hour workout at my gym in a single day.
Don't get me wrong, I love the gym, but 9 Round Kickboxing and Fitness
is different and so far, after just three sessions, has me always looking forward to the next day and my next work out.
My body is soar, but it is what us athlete' s consider a good and rewarding soar body.

the Owner > David Krainiak is a true professional and his staff is great.
David and his staff is with you all the way and give you that little push I think we all could appreciate when working out to help you get more out of your daily work out.
In three months I will be happy to write another review and tell you all where I am at and what this program has done for me!

I have not been in a fitness club for few years, visited LA and 24hrs but they didn't interest me. I visited the club for the first time, very friendly staff, nice and clean club. I am excited and joined today.
