9style ramen reviews
19Delicious, artfully crafted, complex broth and high quality ingredients. I didn’t like ordering from an iPad, but no stars off for that
Generous portion of Tonkatsu Ramen. Nice place to relax and have a hot bowl of ramen. Very courteous.
Very Pricy for ramen.t The Pork was belly and the soup not hot enough for my taste. I would not go there again $140 for 4 soups and, 2 non-alcoholic drinks TOO Much.
Cozy eatery with friendly staff, fair prices, and delicious ramen! It was really neat that they also offered kids portions of ramen with chopsticks tied with rubber bands to help kiddos who are still learning. Will definitely stop here again if I am ever in the area.
The food was absolutely delicious! We got the pork ramen and some dumplings for an appetizer. Only thing I would have done different was go for the spicy ramen for a bit more of a punch. The pork was so tender and delicious and the ramen was full of noodles and vegetables. You order from an iPad that’s on the table, which they take away after you order, so you’d have to flag down a server to order something else I’d imagine. Since it’s almost self-service with ordering food, the server situation is a little confusing. It took a while to get our bill, then another while for someone to grab it to process the payment.
THE BEST RAMEN. I still can’t believe this place is in my neighborhood. I’ve eaten here so many times it’s getting a little embarrassing. I’ve brought all of my visiting friends and family and every single one has raved about it as well. I know I can hype it up cause it is THAT good. Consistently off the charts fresh and delicious. The meat is perfectly cooked: melts in your mouth w the right amount of fat and the broth and flavors of all the ingredients just blend so well together. Both chicken and pork options are soo freaking good it’s always a tough decision. Love the free green tea too and the appetizers have been tasty, especially the fried chicken. I dig the simplified menu too. All the staff, especially Erica, are fantastic and very attentive and welcoming! Hmm, I may have just talked myself into another dinner date w ramen.
The best ramen in Southern California. Really friendly staff. Very accommodating for families. I highly recommend this place. It's become our new stopping point for road trips.
Best ramen I have ever had in my life. Seriously this place was incredible. The pork was cooked perfectly and the broth was punchy and flavorful.
The noodles were out of this world and like nothing I've ever had before.
The gyozas were also really really good.
Incredible ramen! This place was a great find - friendly staff, excellent food and really friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Our favorite Ramen place by far. Very kind owners and excellent food. The pork buns and
the garlic ramen are our favorite.
My husbands and I’s favorite place to go out and eat! Our favorite is the Garlic 8 Tomkotsu Ramen
So delicious! We tried the pot stickers which were great. Then I had the spicy tonkotsu with pork and my husband had the chicken soy sauce ramen. Both so flavorful and very filling. Very friendly and attentive service too. Will definitely be going back
Slowest Ramen I've ever had. 60 min between ordering and getting food, even though the place fits barely 20ppl. It's pre-made broth with some veggies and fried meat, doesn't take longer than 5min in other places.
Sooooo delicious! I wish I had photos of the food but I ate it too quickly. I got the spicy ramen, WOW! The people working are so nice and friendly. It is an authentic ramen shop, will definitely be going back!
They take ramen seriously. I tried chicken broth ramen. While the soup is chicken-based, dried kombu kelp and dried shiitake mushroom bring complex umami and additional great flavor. Highly recommended if you look for authentic ramen.
Didn't expect to find a tasty ramen shop in a beach town like San Clemente.
The ramen here is great overall. The chashu pork is tender and full of flavor. The cuts are also huge too! I was blown away by the amount of umami I tasted in the first sip of broth. It's packed with garlic, which I love. The marinated soft-boiled egg was delicious, but mine was pretty cold so I had to warm it up by submerging it under the broth for a while. The staff here are also very sweet.
I recommend visiting if you're craving ramen and happen to be in South OC. There's a lot of ramen up in LA and in North OC, but this was my favorite so far down south.
Spicy tonkotsu ramen is so good! The owner lady and their staff are always very polite and welcoming.
100% best ramen I’ve ever had! My husband has even gone to Japan and said this ramen is just like the ramen he had there! To top it off, the staff there are always SO nice and helpful. Hands down my favorite restaurant. 11/10 recommend to everyone.
Holy smokes! Try the pork bun and the Takoyaki! Definitely can't go wrong with the garlic tonkatsu
