A-1 Appliance Center reviews
6This place is amazing! Excellent customer service from the time I started shopping there and she was Soo amazing in helping me get what I needed. She showed me products within my price range with no pressures. And when the two gentlemen delivered my products. They were patient because I wasn't ready yet and explained everything to me before they left. I totally recommend this place!
They know their parts. Diagnose my dryer over the phone and had the parts to fix it.
My grandma bought a washing machine a week ago and its already messing up! We've called and someone came out through this company and said they "fixed" the problem, but unfortunately its still the same issue. When putting clothes in, it bangs and bangs, sounding like it's about to break. None of our previous washing machines have ever done that!
Absolutely wonderful business. Honest and efficient. Staff was excellent to work with
I’m giving 3 stars for the service. The lady is very nice but I would not recommend coming to this place unless you need parts right away in hand. Very overpriced, I paid $40 for a part & after leaving looked it up online & was only 8.99, my fault for not doing research first, lesson learned. So again nice people but prices are a little much.
I called after the shop was closed, but the next morning Miriam called me back. After an educational discussion, I showed up with a few parts I had removed from my dryer. They tested the parts, explained all my options and choices clearly. I ended up fixing my own appliance and saving significantly. I know the fix is probably going to last less than a year, but when I need to replace it I am coming here. A family run business that has served our community for decades. The office shows many of the charities they support. It is easy to just go to a big box store or warehouse & buy a new appliance-instead, please consider supporting a small business run by a caring family that gives to their community. As I disassembled my dryer, I lost a small spring retaining clip. When I got home I realized they gave me another one at no charge. Bilingual with true customer service orientation!
