A-1 Auto Body, Van Nuys CA

This is the best body shop in Los Angeles area, I have brought my Corvette here when i got into a wreck and the owner took really good care of me, he guaranteed the time frame of when the work was gonna get done and also he provided me with a rental car when he was fixing my car! Recently someone hit my mom's Mercedes and I brought it to A-1 Auto body and they took really good care of it! Thank you to the A-1 Auto Body team you guys are amazing!

Super helpful shop. Had to install my front license plate because of a ticket and Baz took great care of me. Was friendly, helpful, fast, and he didn't even charge me because I had to get it taken care of before he had time to great the proper part in. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in my time of need! Thanks Baz!

It took them a week (7 days) to repair a little blow on the side.we had to call them almost everyday cause The OWNER BAZ NOMAIR promised to do this job super quick and within 2-3 labor days and when they finally decided to give me my car back, you can feel the rough and scratchy of the painting (i guess super cheap), besides that.they delivered it to me super dirty inside and the black dirty fingers on the outside, it seems like a beer & friends weekend job.

I have been sending friends and using this company myself the last few years and completely satisfied with their work, concern and A1! Professionalism! Thanks A1 for never disappointing

Best customer service at this shop! I met Jason at Keyes Lexus and he heard I was trying repair a part to my CT200h. I only needed a small clip and the dealership wanted me to buy the entire part for $60. It wasn't much; but it was easily repairable so Jason told me to come by A-1 Auto Body and find something. I came by today and he took his time to find a clip that fits perfectly. It looks like nothing ever happened. He also taught me how to clean my car and rims and gave me the correct towels to go with it. This is my go-to spot from now on. Thank you Jason!

The lady on the phone was completely rude and was raising her voice to me telling me "Now listen lady". Excuse me! You don't need to love your job but you can act with some decency. When people ask questions, they shouldn't get yelled at like an idiot. Completely unprofessional.
