Thank you Fernando your the best and a breath of fresh air, he's fast friendly and professional I definitely highly recommend him and his shop 5 stars. He removed some old windows from my chopped 49 Ford Shoebox and hardware that So Cal Rods and Customs of Temecula (SEAN) left in their after installing new windows and they so called forgot to take the old windows out and gave me a hastle to remove them after getting windows installed with them. Well Fernando came to my house and removed them in 10min.and hardware what an amazing phenomenal guy I can't thank Fernando enough. Go to A1 Auto Glass they are the BEST.

I drove down to the Temecula area with my fiancé for a few days to solidify plans for our wedding that will be in my dad’s backyard, and I had a big crack in my windshield. This company came recommended by my dad so I decided to get it fixed while we were there to avoid a ticket - I guess a ticket would have been cheaper.

It was especially windy so when I heard some extra wind noise after the new windshield was installed I didn’t think much of it. On the drive home - almost 8 hours away - I realized that something wasn’t right. I called the owner of this business and he asked if I could drive back down so he could fix it, which I told him wasn’t possible as I couldn’t miss more work. I asked if I could get a partial refund since every shop in my area said they wouldn’t be able to fix it, to which he agreed to work with me.

Instead he’s given me the runaround for 2 weeks saying he’ll call me back when he’s in the shop. 3 times he said that, and so now I have to assume that he has no plans of doing the right thing.

Money is really tight right now so it’s a huge bummer to be out hundreds of dollars for an improperly installed windshield. Luckily a shop in my area gave me a good deal when I told them what happened.

I asked if Fernando was the boss and they hung up on me. Maybe they are doing something unethical?

My wife called them in the morning to schedule an appointment for having our driver side mirror replaced and to look at tint options. They said to come by at 4 in the afternoon.
I arrived at 4, the place is all dark and locked up, so I call the # listed, he says he got called out to a job in Perris and apologized, and said he would call me back shortly when he was done and would look at my vehicle at my home when he was returning from the other job.
I was happy to hear that and looked forward to doing business with them. However, now 3 hours later I’ve received no calls from them whatsoever.
Poor customer service, and disappointed, because the dealership where I bought my vehicle recommended them, and good reviews so far. But I guess things change.

Very professional, and time oriented I would recommend there service to anyone that’s looking for a quality and professional job done very satisfied with there work I like the fact that it is a family oriented business
