Reserved a space for vehicle storage. I was called back within a half hour. Staff is very friendly. When my father and I showed up it was all quick. We got this space for a vehicle as my father is leaving for several weeks so he wanted to make sure it was being left in a safe space. One staff member showed us where our spot is. My father requested a different spot that was in the shade. The staff was accommodating and checked the spots that were in the shade; thankfully they were free. Completed the space transfer and that was it. Place looks well maintained and clean. Highly recommend to store vehicle

I found this storage space online looking for the best deal and I found it with Extra space storage. It was easy to reserve a space to go and look at. I was contacted right a way. I dealt with Magda and she was very nice and explained everything to me. There was no rushing me even when their was others waiting they just politely said we will be with you soon and continued with their customers. Thank you for making me feel valued.

I was helped by Aaron who did a fantastic job making me feel welcome as a new customer. While he seemed very busy he was still very quick to help me. He showed me the unit I reserved online to make sure it was good for my needs but also let me know about some other options that may work better for me. While the unit I reserved was perfect for me, I didn't feel pressured to try to get a bigger unit, but rather informed to what the differences were in case I need to change this GS in the future. Overall a great experience and I look forward to conducting my business here especially with the help of Aaron.

Just went over to get a storage and the new manager Shawn was very friendly and helped us a lot the process was very fast and also it was very cheap I would recommend it to anyone.

Formerly A1 and still kinda sketchy because people are obviously living in some of the units, but considerably better than before.

I like how we came in looking for something big and we did find what we wanted with a good price and all with the help of Magda.

I had bad experience in this place, They sold my staff in an auction, they removed my automatic payment without contacting me and when I went to do complain They did not have any response and they admitted negligence of them but they could not do anything because they could not contact me since they put my phone as a fax. I lost my staff. Now I am looking some attorney to recover around $8000. The staff who work there seem to be in drugs and not focus on their job.

NOT SECURE. People live there with in and out access. Management don't have a clue. Place robbed my storage and didn't report it. Cops said they're onsite 5-6X a week. Place needs condemmed

Gate code locked us out only after 2 weeks of having the unit.then they didnt have record of date we signed up expected us to have contract

Unit Broken into our lock replaced twice by someone else and items stolen. $1000.00 worth. They seemed indifferent with lame excuses. Stay away! And it’s not cheap. When asked about video surveillance they said we can’t watch 24/7.

Let me keep this short. Go somewhere else! Anywhere else! Between the lack of professionalism and the drug addicts living out of the storage units, and complete lack of security! Unless you want to get ripped off, both by the business owners, as well as the unsavory cast of characters they rent to. Run away! Quickly!

The curmudgeon that is the manager here, is very unpleasant, screaming and yelling and should not deal with the public at all!

I currently rent from here. I can say I won’t be for long.not only did they cut the gate hours but every time I show up during office hours nobody is in the office. The people that work here act like they don’t care or want to be here. I showed up today and the gate was blocked off with cones 40 minutes before closing hours. I do not feel comfortable giving this company my money.

As a representative of the site, I would Like to add a correction to Jon Kane's Post. In the last two months plus, we have not had been robbed 16 times. We have a night time security guard that patrols at night and hours in the yard are now 9am to 6pm. The cameras in the yard have never been set up to record even prior to us buying the facility. They are just extry eyes when the site is open. Our policy when a locker is found with no lock is to secure the locker and then notify the owner. Its a false calim that people live on the property and that the managers help themselves to customers goods. Jon needs to get his facts straight before posting a libelous statement. Know your facts before posting incorrect information!

THE worst place EVER! The hours change randomly, security completely sucks and the couple running the place don't care at all about who gets access to which unit. ANYONE can tell them a unit number and get locks cut off without showing id!

Criminally negligent. Your stuff will be stolen, guaranteed.

According to the Santa Rosa police department, this place has been robbed 16 times in the past two months. However, you'll never get your stuff back. Their cameras have been broken for over a year.

If they see your lock has been broken into, they won't notify you. Instead they'll wait until you show up and find half your stuff gone.

If the crack heads they let live out of the storage units don't rob you, then the employees will.

They pray upon those who have lost everything in the fires, and who are already hurting.

If you've been robbed of your stuff while storing your stuff here, let me know. We should start a class action lawsuit.

Do not rent here! YOur things will get stolen! This place is horrible I had my things stolen from the ceiling! The place is full of crackheads living out of there units very unsafe and disgusting! My aunt got over charged a huge amount and my other family member stuff was stolen! This place needs to get shut down it may be the cheapest in Santa Rosa but that because you will not make it out with all of your things I’m absolutely sickened by this place!

Great service. I can't remember her name but the young woman was very helpful. Lots of units to choose from. Great deals too.

Very rude, unhelpful and lazy staff. They staff was also dishonest about closing time and made it very hard getting in every time.they had a personal issue with my friend who had purchased a storage locker. People also seem to live in many of the lockers and drug use and theft are a constant. I dont see why anyone would ever go to this hellhole.there are other options.
