6Don't use this company! I called and told them it was urgent my parents are in there late eighties and my mom is in hospice care the AC stopped working. They said they would be happy to help however 30 minutes later they cancelled. Would not recommend ever
I had a non working thermostat after coming home from work. A have a 6 year old HVAC system, that I spent a good amount of money on. A-1 came out the same day that I put the call in. They said that my drain had clogged up and the safety switch turned off the AC. The technician, Art was knowledgeable, very nice, and very punctual. He said regular maintenance would have prevented or caught the problem of the line being completely clogged.
I want to take care of my investment and keep from running into high costs and repairs. So, I purchased a 3 visit maintenance contract, which covered today's visit and is half the price of 3 regular service visits.
I highly recommend A-1. And, the owner does local charity work with a friend of mine. That's actually how I found them.

I have been a client of A1 Ocean Breeze for about 18 years. Why have I used Bill’s services for so long? Because he knows what he is doing, he is reliable, honest, prepared and a nice person! When Bill says he’ll be there, you can count on him and when you need air conditioning that is of primary importance. His truck is well stocked and he has always been able to diagnose the problem and has the right part to complete the repair. I highly recommend A1 Ocean Breeze!
A1 was very prompt! They are very ethical. They could have 'found' a bigger problem and charged me, but instead no parts were needed and my furnace works great! Bill is professional and efficient. Thanks!
