A1 was a very great experience. Eileen has great customer service skills and is very attentive to detail with a great smile and friendly attitude. She made getting a storage unit easy and fun which is impossible to do. I will recommend A1 to my friends and family so they can share the same experience I had. Make sure to keep her around.

Service was great and smooth! The spaces, halls, and elevators are all clean! Definitely enjoyed being at this property over other storage spaces.

The office workers are very professional and nice, the cost was a bit lower than my comparisons.the size of unit was a heck of a lot bigger than I expected or needed, I have room to sort my things and sit down and take a rest too, the lighting and cleanliness make it for safe visits to my unit, thank you A1 storage for the way I secured my unit off my phone that was very easy and convenient,

Been here for over a year and everything and everyone has been top class. Proactive and professional staff answer any and all questions and have had zero issues overall. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

I have used the A-1 storage on Nettleton here in Vista California many many times and it’s been great for me. The manager Vid is very professional and very knowledgeable of his company, always go above and beyond to satisfy his customers, I highly recommend anyone to rent there at anytime when they need somewhere to put their belongings. The place is always clean, very secured.

This place is located and laid out well. Access to storage units are perfect. Staff is also very friendly and answered all my questions.

I give no stars. The first floor has flooded before and damage WILL happen in a months time is uninsurable READ THE FINE PRINT ON YOUR CONTRACT! U will have damage.
A-1 Storage DOES NOT INSURE U FOR MOLD DAMAGE & THEY KNOW THAT ITS OUT OF CONTROL ON THE FIRST FLOOR.tell everyone not to rent the basement (i.e. First floor) everything U u own will be covered in mold spores and the condensation because of the hot snd cold temperatures from the dark and dank first floor even if you put everything in plastic bags or containers UNLESS YOU USE A TON OF “DESICCANT PACKS”- some are mixed with silica, a hygroscopic substance used as a drying agent) to absorb moisture. U will have to throw away anything electronic not stored in a box with desiccant U will notice corrosion on metals and you can see the mold growing inside and out. All my white clothes and organic materials like cotton I had to throw away. Mold stains on colored fabric in two months were very difficult to remove. If it wasn’t damaged by mold the temperatures ruined my stretchy clothes, like Spandex and Lycra and bonded leather good fell part or peeling off at the seams & looked awful. Shame on A-1 storage for not fixing this problem. Renters insurance from homeowners might have coverage

Facility is very clean and neat with a very friendly and informative manager. Only started using our new locker yesterday (Sunday). Gaining access thru the security gate worked flawlessly.
Probably could use a few more push carts and wasn’t sure about the people that appeared to be living out of their cars parked in the parking lot. Will have ask the manager about them.

I think it was Vid who helped me out on 7/10. Office was literally closed for the weekend and he took his time off and helped me register and get me going for the weekend. Perfect Grade "A" Gentleman! Thank you Sir!

This place is my Second Home! I trust them with my life and all the things I store in it. Best Customer Service ive ever seen and I would recommend them to my family and all others!

This is the ONLY STORAGE I use and I’ve returned 5 times. Clean easy to rent friendly helpful and most of all SAFE! No matter what time it is! Thank you A1 once again for being there for me to secure my belongings during a time of regrouping!

I have to say that I was a bit nervous as I've never rented a storage unit before. I feel so fortunate that by chance, Vid answered the phone when I called. He answered all my questions and set me at ease.

Vid even put me on a waiting list and promptly gave me a call when the next unit in my size became available.

After meeting him in person to settle up and move some things into the storage, I feel very comfortable recommending A1 Storage. It seems safe, clean, and well taken care of.

The staff here is amazing and Vid in particular, is a cut above. Great to work with and very helpful.
