I had a great experience with A-1. The facilities are clean and monitored; and the office staff is very responsive.

Be aware of their scam rental!
They are asking you to pay the full-month prepayment in advance each month.
However, if you have moved everything out and have gone to them to cancel the rental anytime before the due date, they won't refund you any dime from your full-month prepayment, even if you have just used it for only 1 day.
It doesn't seem a fair business policy nor honest business practice to me at all.

I received the call from Robert, their area manager, and they agreed to refund me and I have received the refund. Although there is still a miss on the refund amount, it's more acceptable than how they handled this before.

Very good location for storing beach related items that you don’t want to take up space in your apartment. Staff was very nice and helpful. Property is clean.

Fantastic, clean, operation! Liz was very friendly setting up my unit and couldn't be more satisfied.

Professional people storage is kind of pricey but good security open from 7 a.m. To 7 p.m. 7 days a week.

Clean, Great service from front desk. Not 5 star rating because when we were moving out A1 had this employee "cleaning" the elevator for over 30 mins. He would spray chemicals all over the elevator and then walk around dabbing them up as he spoke to people on speakerphone. A1 should be more aware of what spraying stainless kitchen cleaner all over the elevator during operating hours does to the customer experience.

Made it super easy to reserve a storage space, really last minute. I set an appointment online and the next day I got a unit and started moving things in. Staff was friendly and unit was clean. Thanks!

They make a big deal about changing your clothes in your unit “it looks too much like you’re living in there”. No, if you spent all day there eating and using the bathroom it would look like you lived there. When I got my own insurance policy on the day I moved in, they wouldn’t refund their insurance charge, they’re discounting it next month: kinda scammy. Entrance is terrible: so much traffic.

Much better rates than other local storage facilities in PB. Very helpful on the phone and in person to help get me a quote. I was expecting a lot of difficulty with finding a good self storage facility in PB, but A-1 made it EASY! Customer service was 5-Star.

The staff at A-1 Self Storage were wonderful to work with. When my move out date was moving, they accommodated my ever changing dates with no worries. Great experience.

This facility is absolutely amazing! They have the lowest rates in town for the quality of storage! The staff are friendly as ever and the property is incredibly spotless. If you're looking for storage, look no more!

Great location! Super Clean! Storage hours were ideal and I appreciated the great customer service from Jenn & Evan.

I never leave bad reviews but these guys treated me absolutely terribly, from the person who wasn't there at the time I arrived for my scheduled time to the regonal manager who told me he thought it was "normal to have a small wait time" when I let him know I had spent 30 minutes waiting and using the phone at the entrance which was not being answered. They also have an extremely loud alarm that sounds when you try to view your unit, and their staff doesnt actually know where most of the units are located (we wandered aimlessly for almost 10 minutes before finsing the unit. I recommend using another nearby storage facility.

Everything about it was easy and as expected. Prices seem good compared to the other storage facilities In the area. I love the way the facility works, it’s a very cool security system. The staff was efficient and helpful. Overall great experience.

We used A1 to store some work things until we returned to California. They were easy to deal with and punctual about everything. Thank you for making it easy!

Very clean and secured storage facility. Jennifer was very helpful and showed me different options for storage units that would fit my needs. Reasonable pricing on the units compared to others in the area. I am very pleased that I chose to store my belongings here.

Clean, brand new facility. Recently raised rates so new customers should feel comfortable planning their budgets for at least the coming year 2018.

Vacationing in PB left all of my travel items at risk in the back of my truck and thanks to A-1 storage I was able to secure all my items.
The knowledge of the staff found me the perfect size at a reasonable price.
