After my friend died they would “NOT” let me get into my friends storage to get my Personal Belongings! “NOW IT’S ALL GONE”!

Clean facility, excellent customer service. Getting a unit was a painless process. Everything was explained clearly and in detail.

The place is clean and the girl that works there is really nice. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lift. I spent all day loading my storage and it would much more convenient to be able to ride the elevator with my stuff rather than having to climb the stairs with every load.

My family is in the process of selling our house. To do that we wanted to show the size of each room so we moved all about stuff out. Of course we needed to find storage rooms. I did my research because I’m a nerd like that and wanted to get the best value. A lot places popped up on yelp for $80-130 even $200 for 5 x5 units give or take. The kicker was that all these places required a cylinder lock. Conviently the places sell them to you but for $20! So out the door your unit is costing you $20 lock + $20-30 admin fee + $10-15 required insurance = 50-65 even with your for 1st month free. Then it’s a round $80 a month.
Then I found A-1 storage. They offer a variety of sizes and the cheapest admin fee and only $10 for the lock. I went with a 5x3 unit for $40 and the first month free. I was out the door with a lock and u it for $42. I dare you to find a better deal. The people were courteous and explained every charge and why. They even told me how to get it cheaper if I have my own home/rental insurance. Every storage building has its own dolly and they are super clean inside. The staff is great and the unit was perfect. A-1 has a customer for life.

Well, I Been a Renter at this Storage Facility for Over (2) Years Now and that should speak for itself - This Place is Well Managed and Very Clean and Secure - I Have been renting at storage facilities for over the past (30) Years and have been to more than (15) Facilities from Los Angeles County to Orange County and this Place Ranks up there in the Top (3) - Excellent Job to the Manager for Creating such a Great Environment!

The people were nice, the facility was decent, one complaint was that some stuff was ruined because it got way too hot in our unit. But the price was in our price range.

Marcela is a very professinal, nice and knowledgeable person. She is a great asset to A 1 Storage.

The cleanest friendliest and most honest self storage place I've dealt with. Employee is willing to work with you and help as much as possible. I go to storage units every week and this by far is the best one that I ever came across. I even slowed to to write a review.

I mistaken and I had a storage in this facility without check the place before the price is very hight no light in any unit they close by 8 pm the girl work here is very rude the building very old and all my clothes that I kept here in boxes after 2 month stay here I had to through away so before rent a unit in this facility check out other places

I was relocated to this facility when the one I had for years closed. I know my property is Much more Safe here. Staff is prompt, polite, helpful and best of all, AWARE. One senior staff person said it best, "My job is to keep the property in and problems out! Finish what you're doing and don't do that again here. " It's not a storage that allows you to rotate, then store your wheels, only store.
