Brought in some rims to be mounted and balanced for $80. Started feeling wobbles so I checked my wheels out only to find the old weights.came back to the shop and the worker told me they didn’t have a working balance machine.so they mounted my rims, kept the old weights, and didn’t bother telling me til after I came back with problems. Worker told me to come back the following weekend when the parts to fix the machine would be in, but to no surprise they didn’t come in yet. Took it to another shop to have them balanced rather not have to deal with that business anymore.

HORRIBLE PLACE! How does a tire shop NOT have a gage to measure tires? ! Tried to sell me a tire that had a nail in it and NO thread left! Absolutely horrific!
Stay away!

They had what we needed and provided great customer service. Orbie was very helpful! Was great that they were open in a Sunday when most places are closed! Thank you again!

My favorite spot in years of service. Great long hours from 8am until 10pm. Always has my size used tire at the lowest price!

Said $30 over the Phone but when my sister showed up he wanted $50 cause it was late n no one else was open" when mi sister told him i recomend her ther cause they were cool. He said " im not here to make Friends". Thats not cool at All raising prices n being rud. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN. I used to like them because they were like God bless u n things like that. Fake ppl

Horrible service. They will charge you a balancing fee but they don't even have a tire balancing machine. They leave your car all wobbly like you need an alignment. Then you gotta go somewhere else and get your tires balanced and pay twice the fee when it should have been done probably the first time. I don't recommend to anyone.

Super rude and No customer service at all they even seemed mad that we where there for service.

We had a bolt in our tire and brought our truck to A1 tires. It was late in the evening and it's convenient that they are open late. The service was fast and the staff were friendly. Good service! Thank you A1 Tires!

The guy working there younger dude.he has worst customer service. He could care less if he gets business. If I absolutely didn't need a tire. I would of left like the 5 other ppl who came and left while I was there

Super friendly and quick service I was in and out and on time for work even though they were super busy. And the owner showed his customer support by taking time out of his busy day to stop and introduce himself to give me and others the best customer service! I highly recommend. A1 Tires to anyone

Fast and quick service! The only thing I didn't like about it, was the hours stated that they open at 8 a.m. The guy didn't even arrive until 8: 15 AM. Then we had to wait for him to set up. He didn't even call his first customer until 8: 30 a.m. It literally took him less than 10 minutes to change my tire. That was extremely fast and quick service! They just need to learn how to open-up on time.

Worse service ever dont even bother going there they make me drive 40 min only for them not to have the tires i needed and i had call then in advance they said they did had them by the time i was there all other places were close

Any issues with my tires I've came here.fast service. Bought bran new tires here at a good price.

They suck over charge for tires that have bubbles in them and top it off with a leak call to complain they said come back 20 miles later and they just sold the only tire they had in stock my size.wow check back with us and we will try to get u another tire. Rude and do not know nothing about customer service.never ever again buy a tire from this shop.will roll my donut first.

Worst place ever.gave me a used tire with 2 patches and a big bump for 45and to top it off as soon as you go in there all you smell is weed!

The Hispanic guy was very nice the black guy who said he owned the place was the rudest person I ever met he we walked out after he said he had just woke up was trying to give us a tire that we didn't want started arguing with my daughter worst place ever to go don't go there we left and didn't buy tires and will not be back and will let everybody else know not to go there
