A Beautiful Day Spa Massage Pasadena

Took my daughters here for full body messages this morning and WOW! We were blown away with the best messages ever! This was our first time visiting here and definitely not the last!

Love this place. Excellent therapist and staff. Highly recommend. Parking is tough at times though.

This is a terrible business. I have been coming here regularly for two years for acupuncture and lost count the number of visits (50 is an underestimate). Yet I am sad that I have to recommend anyone NOT coming here especially you need to file acupuncture insurance. A Beautiful Day Spa claims that it accepts and files acupuncture insurance for customers (still making this claim on their website). To be clear, this is nothing but a LIE. William, the business owner, repeatedly promise to do this yet repeatedly fails. With his promises though, I continued to pay no-insurance price and he said he will give reimburse my visits later after filing the insurance. In the last 1.5 years, I have tried to contact the business for over 20 times through various ways, including contacting William directly to resolve this. He would say yes and make a promise to do so right away, yet it took him half year to even start, and stopped after one try. Repeated subsequent contacts all turned out to be empty promises again and again and again.

I agree with other reviews that the front desk staff and Dr. Shi are all good and capable people, and I want to thank them for everything in the last two years. It is the business owner William really make this a bad business. I am finally fed up by his empty promises and false business advertising.

It will be a beautiful day if you come here. The place looks ordinary, but the therapists are truly great. I always leave relaxed and relieved of all my aches and pains.

First time coming in with my husband, and was so pleased with the experience. Every room was booked tonight and I can see why! It's no-frills but they do a very nice job with atmosphere and quality for the price. My masseuse was intuitive, thorough and effective at reducing the tightness in my neck and shoulders during the session. Highly recommend this place, thank you for staying affordable while maintaining a high standard!

I had a gift certificate here and the experience was mixed. The establishment is clean, booking was easy and efficient, the pricing is reasonable, organized, pleasant and attentive front desk - but the massage was NOT good. The masseuse was polite, but she didn't follow the chart they had me fill out AT ALL, and the entire massage felt like she was just counting repetitions/minutes rather than attempting to work out any actual muscle tension. Towards the end I almost got off the table because it was so NOT relaxing (and she kept burping/farting). HOWEVER I did hear other guests commenting positively, so I think as with many places like this, your experience just depends on who you are booked with. If you have a specific recommendation for technician, that would make all the difference.

Visiting Pasadena and was fortunate to have A Beautiful Day Spa right across the street from our hotel. The staff is incredibly welcoming and the massage was amazing!

A very small massage spa, but I can't say enough about this gem in Pasadena! Feel the zen and relaxation take you away.

This place is an unpretentious jewel. I highly recommend on quality, price, and the delightfulness of their staff.

Place clean, staff are nice and friendly, prices are reasonable, had the 1 hour body massage was avrage.

They messed up our reservation for 4 people and mistook it for 1 person reservation and even confirmed the room allotments. Made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. Disappointed we had to cancel because of this error

My wife had a massage here and she said it was amazing for the price with a very experinced masseuse. I will have my turn next time and experince good life.

Tried the swedish massage for the first time and love it. Price is a bit higher than other spa massages I had visit in areas of Los Angeles. Although I enjoyed it, I may not return.

Wonderful service! Dimmed lights, relaxing scents, music and beautiful decor! I only got an 1 hour message, and I was very sad when it was over lol Im trying to find another place like it near my location. RECOMMEND!

I came here two months ago, great service. They put pressure uniformly on your body. They do a good job pressing the back and shoulder, and I felt much better after the massage. Many people here, so plan ahead and always make an appointment. The front desk gentleman is gentle and nice, and they provide water when you are waiting.

My masseuse was the Hulk. I've had massages elsewhere, but no one understands what firm is. Here, I actually had a deep tissue massage. I came out feeling a bit battered, but know that not a single knot was missed.

I'm sad I don't live in the city, but next time I'm in LA, will definitely make a point to come back to ABDSM.

Great massages and for a great price! 2 hour massage for only $80 bucks. Able to get all the tense and knotted muscles out of my upper back.

Cheap no frills massage place. Besides not having all the extra stuff. Sauna. Hot tub. Etc. I still feel disoriented and light headed when I leave. I'd go again, and I will go again.
