Extremely rude and condescending dentist. Everything to her is about money and she treated me as if I wasn’t allowed to ask basic questions, she would just snap back with a rude response. She gave me a $6200 quote, I asked about the the price of the deep cleaning and if it was the priority before my crown replacement (deep cleaning $1000). Her response was “A diabetic doesn’t question what his doctor advises”. Hah, I actually couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Take my advice and get a second opinion because she will advise a ton of unnecessary procedures. I’m from a small town where reputation matters, I rarely write reviews but felt compelled because my experience was that awful

I have been going to a Brilliant Smile for a few years now and every time I go I am greeted with a very warm welcome. Dr. E. Is very caring and empathetic with the procedures so she is perfect for people who dislike going to the dentist. I highly recommend this dentist.

I tend to be loyal to my detriment sometimes. When it comes to Dr Shirin, I made the right choice. I’ve lived here in Thousand Oaks for over 30 years and had one other dentist. That’s how loyal I am! But when my health declined so badly about 3 years ago, I changed to Dr Shirin. Best thing I ever did! She has just done a cleaning and I’ve never walked out from one with such a great “bill of health” to this date. And we have gone through a lot together fixing up some messy dental work. She has saved my teeth where others would’ve just sent me to get root canals again and again. 2020 brought me Cancer radiation along with a scary time we all had to go through, however after following Dr Shirin’s care here I am. Thank You! So very much for everything. There is no one like you.

The office is clean, the staff is respectful, the dentist is gentle. Everything you look for in a dentist. Feel blessed to have found this place.

Dr Etemadi has such an amazing office.she only see one patient at a time and devote the whole hour to her patients. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable.she is very educated and explains every step of her work. I am so glad I found her and have been very happy with my dental work.no pain and quick just the way I like it.

Dr Etemadi is a great dentist. She is kind, professional and funny. Her staff is also very nice! I never have to wait when I get to her office. My appt time is a priority to her and she always has me out by the time she said she would. I would recommend Dr. Etemadi to all of my friends. Ty

I came to Dr. Etemadi with teeth that hadn't seen a cleaning for about 3-4 years.

Dr. Etemadi was very thorough and conducted the entire X-Ray & Cleaning process. I wasn't surprised to hear that I had a number of minor cavities (if you could even call them that!). I LOVED that she showed me the X-Rays & photos so that I could SEE my teeth and make an informed decision on how to proceed.

At the end of the "super sonic cleaning" my teeth went from yellow to white - one of my friends told me that he "never knew I had such nice teeth! " When I came back to get my fillings she managed to do 3 of them in 30 minutes! I only needed the topical anesthetic and there was no unnecessary drilling. She did such an incredible job! Needless to say, as long as I am living in this area, Dr. Etemadi will be taking care of my teeth.

My mother, a dental assistant would be proud that I managed to find such an AMAZING dentist. Trust me, they can be difficult to discover.

Best dentist in town. She is very conservative and take her time explaining to me all my treatment options without pressuring me. She is also very knowledgeable and never rushed me. I also like that she sees only one patient at a time. Veronica was also great in checking my insurance benefits and told me my out of pocket portion so I would not get a surprise bill.
