Absolutely great! The hot tub was down for maintenence but you can't fault them for that. You CAN, however, respect that they were attempting to fix whatever it needed. Not everyone does that anymore. Very reasonable pricing and very friendly lady at the front desk.

Great place. Lots of trees, lots of space and Verizon cell service fabulous. Staff was helpful and I always appreciate RV parks with propane service.

Nice place, but the management is rude, my grandkids ages 14 and 15, were at the pool, management told them I have to be at the pool with them, why their brochure states the age limit at 14 without parent's. Why did they do it, RUDE NOW I SEE WHY ONLY DRINKING ADULTS COMPLAINING ABOUT GETTING SPLASHED WITH A FEW WATER DROPS. EXCUSE ME BUT IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO GET A LITTLE WATER ON THEM, MAYBE THEY SHOULD GET OUT OF THE POOL, A BUNCH RUDE A. HOLES.

Stayed here one night with our RV, bathrooms are really clean, so was the swimming pool. The locals are very friendly also. There's a huge front gate that gives a sense of safety, as the surrounding area does look a bit shady. Would stay again).

There's a 7-eleven really nearby, with a big choice of drinks and snacks. Be careful when crossing the road

Concrete pads, full hookups, and wide, paved lanes. Most are pull-thru spots, which make this an easy off and on to Hwy 58. You do hear some traffic noise at night, but we didn't find it too much.

This RV Park is immaculate with excellent power and water pressure. Josh and Codeine who work at this park are super friendly and helpful. Look forward to seeing them every time we stay.

We like this park. The sites are all paved. It is easy on and off highway 58. It is close to 58, so you do hear the traffic but still a nice campground.

Wow, thought I lived at a great RV Park. This park is nice. Everywhere you look, it's all clean. The rent is economically great. I'm going to make the move to this place soon as possible. I like it.

Staff and management are some of the rudest people I’ve ever met. They don’t smile, they don’t say hello back when you say hello. They over charged me $285 one week and didn’t even apologize, they act like they could no way make a mistake. At 10: 00 every night a neighbor plays loud bass thumping music all night. The website says gates are open till 7: 00pm but were closed 24 hrs a day for my 6 weeks, that is very inconvenient. Gunshots ring out most of the night, the neighborhood is unsafe feeling to even go to the 7/11. If you are a people person, I would avoid these people. Like so many people, with the Covid economy, my wife and I lost our home and business and live in an older rv and we were treated like second class citizens because of our RV.

This is our half-way stop when traveling. We prefer it to the orange grove RV Park because it's fully paved. Easy access on/off freeway, friendly, full hook-up, all paved, quiet, clean, secure, worth the $40+ a night. UPDATE: 01/2023 - Still a preferred stop for us! Always friendly and accommodating. Now at $50+, but totally worth stopping overnight for hook up to run heaters instead of going through Tehachapi, possible snow flurries and sleeping in Barstow without hookups in 28° weather!

Called yesterday evening 15 minutes before they closed to receive a quote on a reservation. A woman began trying to book me over the phone which indicated to me they had availability. I told her I just needed a quote and then I'd likely call right back to make the reservation after checking on something. She informed me they'd be closing within 10-15 minutes but that I could call to reserve when they opened in the morning. I called back 10 minutes before they closed but no one answered. When I called this morning to make the reservation starting for today, (which again from my phone call the day before I was left under the impression this would not be a problem) I was informed that this wasn't possible as they had no availability at all. Seems like they need to train their employees on better communication regarding availability. Quite unprofessional and will not be staying here in the future when I return to Bakersfield.

A very clean RV park. Even the laundry room and showers. They also have a nice grassy area to take your dog out to. The clubhouse is comfortable and can also. The people in the office are friendly and helpful.
