I strongly advise against using this cremation company for your needs. When a close family member passed away, we chose to engage Adirectcremation for the cremation process. Our experience with their funeral director, Shiree Robertson, was far from satisfactory. Initially, Shiree asked me to fill out a form containing sensitive information for the death certificate. However, she requested that I submit the form via email, which is an insecure method of transmission. Despite my concerns, I reluctantly complied and sent the form. Unfortunately, Shiree claimed she never received it. Given that our loved one was already at their facility, I had to take the initiative to contact Shiree and inquire about the form. Although I attempted to resend it via email, the issue persisted, leading Shiree to suggest that I photograph the form (with all the sensitive information) and text it to her cellphone. This disregard for privacy and the security of our loved one's information was deeply troubling.

Seeking to address these serious concerns, I requested to speak with Shiree's manager, Magdalena Mercer. However, the conversation took a turn for the worse. Magdalena displayed an astonishing level of hostility and rudeness, making her one of the most unpleasant individuals I have ever encountered. She promptly informed me that, due to my raising these concerns, Adirectcremation was likely not the right provider for me. Moreover, she threatened to impose storage fees if I did not find an alternative cremation company by the end of that day. I pleaded for more time, considering the difficult circumstances of losing a loved one and the fact that the deceased was still at Adirect's facility. However, Magdalena callously refused to grant any extension. It became evident that she lacked the compassion and empathy expected from someone in the funeral industry.

As a result, I was forced to hastily find another cremation service and secure a new contract within just a few hours to ensure the prompt removal of our loved one's remains from Adirectcremation's facility. This experience only added unnecessary stress during an already challenging time.
