Horrible customer service. Store hours are always changing. Items never are ready the day promised. And when they don’t deliver on your expectations they say it’s your fault. Not professional in the slightest, take your business somewhere else.

I was very so happy with the work they provided. I brought 10 wine glasses and they we're able to engrave and deliver in 2 days. They didn't charge me for graphic design adj best part they don't charge per letter or logo like other places. Great price for the excellent service! Loved loved this place

This place is dope! I came with a rush order and these guys handled me with the utmost professionalism. Eddie was kind, funny and got the job done. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for solid engraving work.

HORRIBLE! They ruined my expensive crystal piece. I told them exactly how to engrave it, gave them a digital file with everything laid out, told them to make the logo 2 inches in diameter, and even printed and taped a printed paper of the engraving onto the crystal piece so there would be no miscommunication as to what I wanted. They literally laughed at me and said "this is what we do for a living.don't worry it will look exactly as you have it. " NOT TRUE. When I picked it up it, the engraving was the wrong size (way too big.not the 2 inches I told them), wrong placement, and OFF CENTER. Just awful. He said he would polish it off and the surface would look like new and they would redo it. When I picked it up a second time, NOT TRUE.they got the engraving correct, but the finish was destroyed from their "polishing". It looked like someone had rubbed the crystal with coarse sandpaper.fine scratches all over. I told them I did not want to pay due to the damage. They were extremely rude and unprofessional about it and denied any wrongdoing. Do yourself a favor and take your items anywhere else for engraving.these guys will not listen to how you want your engraving done, ruin your stuff, and refuse to refund you. ***UPDATE 7/28/16***: when I originally posted the foregoing review there were no other reviews. As soon as I left my review, someone else posted a 5 star review. Very suspicious timing. Even more suspicious, that reviewer has posted no other reviews. I suspect it is a bogus account and the owner is behind it because I told him as I left the shop I would leave a bad review and he said rudely "it won't matter". This is the kind of manipulative people they are.

I love this engraving place. I run a yearly game with my sales personnel and award them with crystal engraved trophies at the end of each year. I went to a different store last year and the engraving sucked. This year I decided to bring my trophies to A&E, and Eddie was so helpful! He got them done within 1 day and the engraving is b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l. When I brought them back to my office, all the staff were commenting on the high quality engraving. I will definitely keep this place as my engraving store every year. There's another review saying some person was rude and unprofessional, but I can't imagine who they are talking about because Eddie is the opposite of that.

The people at A E Crystal Engraving are incredibly professional and considerate. I brought a silver ornament to be engraved for my baby's first Christmas, a very special event in our lives! At the store, they asked me if the ornament were sterling silver or silver plate and cautioned me that silver plate may not come out right and showed me an example of a damaged item with engraving on silver plate. They are not just a business trying to make money, taking every order possible, but they are thoughtful and care about the integrity of their products.

They gave me such a fast turn around for my engraving, especially considering it is the holiday season. They even worked with my schedule and agreed to have it done a day early.

Their prices are fair and affordable, too. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be a returning customer!
