We called A&F last night for a service call on a trailer. The axle pins would not release to slide the axles. We were given an ETA of 90 mins. After 15 minutes, our driver managed to get the pins released and we called A&F back to cancel the callout. The tech said that we would still need to pay him $180 callout, even though we canceled him before he had even left and 75 mins before he was due to arrive on site.

We refused the callout fee because it is ridiculous that they are demanding money when they were clearly still on another call and had not even shown up.

The tech then showed up to the truck stop, blocked our driver in, punched the drivers side door of our truck and refused to leave.

Our driver called the police as the tech was becoming very violent.

The police showed up and thankfully told the tech to get lost and that we had no reason to pay him for a service that was not performed.don't ever use these clowns.

Great technician and very good customer service. I got updates on repairs and fair price at the end. Recommended!

I reached out to this company at 9am the morning of 2/27/2023 and the gentleman that answered asked me what was wrong, I let him know that our 26ft box truck will not start he said a driver will be out in 30 minutes, which the driver showed up 11: 10am. Then next thing I know I received an invoice in the amount of $375 for the roadside driver doing absolutely nothing. I then receive a phone call from their office staff saying I sent the invoice did you get it? I explained to her that there was no pricing discussed in regards to this service call. The gentleman that took the call NEVER mentioned pricing of any sort. He just wanted the vehicle location and truck #. He called me yelling saying we are not trying to pay which wasn't the case. We however, wasn't expecting to pay $375 when the driver did absolutely nothing. I would expected us to pay for mileage, but not for service when there was clearly no service rendered. This company was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and should never go out to a service call without getting the pricing situated. I would not only NEVER use this company, but I will NEVER refer them to anyone. Very BAD SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I could give them a rating of a ZERO

Work for minimum like 45 minutes and Mecanic work for Two hours and making money like looted drivers and over all I want to say don’t call them please and they doesn’t deserve any ️ either please don’t go or ask service and if you are rich and have lots of money then call them

Made a call early in the morning (3am) needed help to get back on the road. Was assisted by Regal and worked with their office as well to go over cost. Lorena practiced some great service skills all around. This company has some good customer focus.

A&F.was very good to me and Charline (my peterbelt 579). They arrived. In less than three hours and there port is 2 hours from my breakdown.the service tech was great, and was not taking advantage of the hourly rate, which was very, very, very reasonable and fair. They also picked up the part needed for me before coming to my breakdown location. I would definitely call and use there service again if needed … hopefully not though …

Called for airbag replacement on my trailer.they responded fast, Robert was good mechanic.they do deliver part for, fair price.if you need road service in this area you should definitely give them call.

Gave in my old T600 and they gave that bad boy a new face in a matter of days. Swapped out my rear ends, new brakes, new drums, new shocks etc.and had my truck out of there in a matter of days. A&f is a small and unassuming shop on a quiet road. If you want the job done fast and for a good price give them a ring.

I understand why their service and company is a five star company. Mr. Juarz is a God fearing man who loves his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
