Actually you didn’t remove it promptly, you made me come back several days later and it still wasn’t ready. This disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable.
In addition, you were not apologetic but rather seemed put off and asked if I could clean the marks you made off the dress. For a $90 alteration, I expect it to be perfect and ready to be worn. This was absolutely not the case. Also as a good gesture, you should have discounted the price for the inconvenience you caused me to come back to your business because you lack quality control.
I hope other customers read these reviews and think twice before going to your business. I wish I had after seeing others comment regarding your lack of customer service.
It’s very expensive, and bad customer service experience it’s unacceptable never coming back again!
They are really nice. They recently tailored several items of mine that were expensive items of clothes that did not fit after some weight loss. All were perfectly done. Price wise, you have to pay for quality.
