Incredibly clean thrift store, with incentives to go back. Also the friendliest staff I have seen in a long time. Highly recommend

Employees here can be rude.
They choose who to greet and who not to as soon as you walk in.
(Gave us a look right after we said hi)

(If you dont like where you work, keep that attitude to yourself instead of taking it out on other people)

I understand everything is going up but
Prices are just the same as Goodwill and can be a bit more.
(Better off buying new)

Comparing to other thrift stores around this area, this thrift store is one I would NOT recommend.

Some good stuff. Staff is helpful and friendly. Some items are overpriced and some items have great prices so it's kind of a luck of the draw. Parking is super tight and very difficult on the weekends. It is definitely worth checking out.

Wonderful people to greet when dropping off to donate! All receipts given for charity.

Inside is wonderfully well organized with decent prices for near new items and most ago items kinda fun just browsing

The prices were absolutely ridiculous. I've seen some of the the 'antique' home decor at Ross for a fraction of the cost. Total rip-off

Their tags fall off and then they don’t take your word for the price. Tried to overcharge me for something that the tag fell off of. It’s the principal that annoyed me. Customer should be listened to especially when the difference is a dollar. Won’t be going back here. Get tags that stick better.
The kids and home section are good. All the Women’s clothes were outdated and unfashionable to me. Better suited for elderly ladies.

I feel like it changed. I don’t know it just not the same. They used to be more women working there they were nice. Now there is more men and they just don’t have good costumer service attitude.

Rent gas expensive went up for EVERYONE. Not just you as an owner but also for people as buyer. People who come to buy USED furniture and clothes are trying to save money not spend the same or more than if they walk in other stores or order online. And yes coming to your store cost money and gas $$$ so technically when buying nothing i LOST MONEY. Its cheapper for me to order from amazon ebay thredup and online thrift than go to that store. Not sure how it got so many 5 stars reviews. The place is small felt cramp and outdated. Its two levels women downstairs men upstairs. Lot and lit of OLD outdated stuff. The clothing selection was a very very slim pick.most of the clothes came from an other decade or era. Stuff is grossly overpriced compare to goodwill or salvation army. Honestly you can find better deal for newer stuff on wish or shein if you want really cheap stuff new or tj max marshalls and ross for new stuff but brand names.tje brackets are very similar.the furniture used cost the same or more than ikea and target new.went in went out just a waste of time for me. Not my cup of tea. There is a reason why the store is FULL of stuff and its not selling fast it means Overpriced. If you are truly trying to help your community and a non profit lower the prices to more realistic and competitive ones and i guarantee you people will buy it. Just dont take your customumers for fools crying a river using the excuse " cost went up on my end" cuz guess what it did on theirs too.

A 5 star turned one star with this experience: selling broken goods (i.e. Defective products) that are dangerous and can cause great injury but wouldn't be able to be known by the consumer unless it's used and too late (and not be able to say anything, as it would be a concussion - how convenient). The owners also know about such defects on their products and refuse to put signs up for them. Then when I say to, they give a disgusted look and say they'll 'do it later'. Yet they have time to tell me about how the whole store is about giving money to those in the hospital.

In my head, I was like 'let me get this straight - you want someone to potentially go to the hospital by being injured by one of your products with enormous medical bills (in the $100k's) just so you can give said hospital a few dollars from the $25 item. Yep, that makes perfect sense (sarcasm). "

Then the kicker is they kept telling me how busy they were (but not busy enough to get me or someone else injured) and then when I finally complained enough - then there were 7 people just staring at me. Really? You're 'too busy' but can stand around staring me? Ok (sarcasm again).

Not going to lie, they have really great stuff, antiques and all, but the few dollars I save isn't worth the $100k+ medical bills and winding up in the hospital I might suffer in the ironic plot twist that all this money is for getting people out of one. No thank you - not touching this place with a 10 foot pole again. I'm not going to any place trying to kill me and no one trying to do anything about it, not caring, and just staring at me, hoping I'll die! Wow.

One of my favorite stores in Upland. I always find great deals and I love the staff. Maria is my favorite and so is everyone else.

Used to be good.prices higher and not sure if it’s all the girls but one cashier overcharged when there was a sticker with price on bag5.99 charged 8.99 didn’t notice till i got home -. - and idk why they do this dumb thing where they have a price for one thing and that one thing also comes with a basket to carry.or a vase to carry the flowers that’s already in there.they charge separately make up their own prices for them i got a small 3x7 wooden cheap basket that held christmas ornaments.basket had no price.girl looked around the basket and just put a number in system to charge me she didn’t tell me the price or that it would even be charged.it was 3.99 got 7$ stolen that same day by these crooks.

This place is a gem! They have the best deals and such great inventory. The employees are always so kind and they are always available to help. The store is well organized and gets busy at times. It's worth the stop and it's so worth buying here. They give so much help to struggling families too. I definitely recommend this establishment. Check it out

Took my mom there and we found some really nice things. I got a whole bunch of cars for my son and nice antiques. They even gave us a $10 coupon to come back and shop! The employees are so nice! Lissette has extraordinary customer service skills.

My first time in, new to the area it's so relaxing to browse or walk through a thrift store and this one is very nice very organized, greeted by everyone once you walk in and offered help while shopping. Bought three items under $13, will return to use my rewards!

Have been going here for quite some time. They have certainly raised their prices a lot! Had a bad experience went in there and picked out the Ten Commandments dvd which had three discs. I opened it to check the discs as I usually do and I was not charged for one movie but three discs! Unbelievable. It’s one movie not three. The cashier would have never known if I hadn’t opened the case.

Not surprising as they priced laserdiscs worth $5-$10 at $40 and dvd sets worth about $10 for $119! I won’t be back anytime soon.
