5Came to grab a ups package and the woman working said she wouldn’t help me for 30-40 minutes. The time she took to explain that to me she could have just handed me my package.
Terrible customer service. Extremely slow, no urgency whatsoever. Only go if you absolutely have to, and have about an extra hour as buffer time

Terrible customer service. Fingerprint requirements are completely different then what are online and arbitrary. Owner is out of the country and has to be sent by text your secure documents to verify. DO NOT GO HERE. Completely unprofessional.
Overpriced. I needed to return a package via FedEx with a QR code. They don't print the labels for free and said it would be around $5 (their words). There's a Walgreens just down the street where it's free.
I'm sure hey'll reply witg some excuse that they need the make money and fedex is not paying them or something but it's ridiculous to charge around $5 or even $1 when free is just a short walk away.
