I would come here when the place was ABC Mower. And then this place was great. Now that it’s changed ownership, it’s bad.
I bought a new 1200.00 piece of equipment that never ran right. I brought it back and asked them to fix under warranty and the lady at the counter said I messed with it and now there’s no warranty. I told here that there isn’t even 10 hrs on the machine and you can tell by how clean the unit is that’s not even broken in. She basically said too bad there’s nothing they could do and accused me of messing with it so they’ll have to charge me just to look at it and then tell me the price to fix. I called the main store and asked for the manager who wasn’t available but left message for him regarding their Escondido store’s service and I never received a call back.
Since then, I have found a much better lawn equipment store called NORTH COUNT LAWNMOWER. I’m going there from now on

This shop is very good. Very clean and organized and the staff are professional and courteous. The service mechanic helped get my very old chainsaw back in working order.
I highly recommend this shop.

I’m talking about semi truck to delivery it’s not that bad, and the girl at the front desk is super nice

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They have the worst representatives helping customers and go through many and somehow they keep hiring people with attitudes. Came in to pick something we had order a 2 months ago and they admitted they never called us to pick it up because the order was never paid for in advance then had the audacity to say we took a chain. There was no chain in the first place to take hence the order. The entire time the representative had a smug look on her face and almost yelling and mad at me for no reason. I wish I would have recorded the interaction. They other rep was helping another customer and also demeaning him. Very racist establishment as well when their primary clientele is hispanic. Absolutely ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and never give them your money! I will never be back.

I’ve had history with this building. It used to be ABC mower and Supply I believe was the name of the mom and Pop store that was there prior to A Ok Power Equipment taking it over.
I purchased a Husqvarna log splitter from A Ok Power Equipment and it was awesome It was a Husqvarna to be expected.

So I recently took two chainsaws to A Ok Power Equipment that needed service. One was a Husqvarna rancher that was purchased from ABC motor and supply. The other was a small echo. Both chainsaws were having a hard time starting obviously needed service. The echo not only was hard to start but leet bar oil consistently after trying to use them this weekend for the first time after picking them up over a month ago both chainsaws are still hard to start. The Husqvarna won’t start at all even with a new spark plug and the echo still leaks bar oil. I called him this morning and they told me that the warranty was no longer valid even though you can tell both chainsaws haven’t been used since they were serviced!

Once again, corporate America destroying small businesses steer, clear at all cost!

Good service they had what I needed and the place is full of equipment and parts give them a try

Hope the owner sees this. Tried to take a weed wacker in for service on a recent Saturday. They close at 2: 30 on Saturday. Was driving from Valley Center. Called at 2: 20 and spoke to Natalie. Told her I was going to be there right at 2: 30 could she possibly stay open for an extra minute or 2. Flatly told me no. I asked her to just stay open until 2: 30 Told me she had already closed out her drawer. I arrived at 2: 26 and she was already in her car, would not take my repair in. Feel bad for the owner who has obviously worked hard to build a business to have someone like Natalie refuse a customer during business hours. I have bought equipment and supplies from them for the past 12 years. Natalie has lost you a good customer. I will call the owner tomorrow. Natalie is going be a failure in life if she can't even put herself a little bit out/just do her job.
