A Plus Dental Care - Farah Saeb, D.D.S.

Today Dr Malik put a crown on my number 30 tooth without anesthesia. It was the first time I tried that and it went very well. She and Dr Saeb are gentle and competent dentists. Dr Saeb has been my dentist for over 12 years. The staff are helpful and friendly. I am very grateful for A+ dental care.

Dr. Saeb is a dental artist who doesn’t settle for anything less than flawless. Whether it’s a cleaning or a filling, Dr. Saeb’s first priority was always my comfort - so much so that when I answered with “It feels ok, ” her response was, “Let’s make it perfect. ” She takes the time to explain what she’s going to do, why, and answers all of my questions. Additionally, her team checks in on me after my appointments to make sure everything is going well. If I could give her a bonus star I would. Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to.

I absolutely love this office! I hadn’t seen a dentist in some years and I was very nervous as I knew I needed a lot of work done and didn’t want to feel shamed for it. Dr. Saeb and her team immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. There were never any “your gums are bleeding because you don’t floss” comments, just clear explanations of exactly what would be best for my teeth, and the procedures have been painless and very quick. Dr. Saeb laid out a very clear care plan, she will sit and explain anything you may be curious about, and always makes sure to check in with me to see how I’m feeling before, during, and after any work. Every member of this office has made my return to dental work a very pleasant experience and it’s greatly appreciated. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office and I will continue to come here for as long as I can, love this place!

Dr. Saeb is a great dentist, she is very patient going through the treatment process and she spends time explaining what options are available and what course of actions to take. The staff is very friendly, the billing is transparent so you know what the cost would be in advance.
Overall the best experience I have had getting dental care.

Thank you to Dr Saeb and her awesome staff for their amazing service. Dr. Saeb provides detailed information about the procedure and answers questions with patience. Today was my first visit. It was actually unexpected. It was supposed to be my husband and 4 year old son being seen. My son ended up staying home with grandma because he caught a cold. They offered the appointment to me (my first appointment was supposed to be the following week).

The front office staff was SO welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Saeb came out and personally introduced herself and her staff to me. Once I was taken to a room, Dr. Saeb reviewed my medical/dental history in full detail. I didn't feel rushed and I felt like she listened very carefully to what I was saying. She made it abundantly clear that her job was to help me make informative decisions and that she will do everything in her power to help me take care of my teeth. She told me her office was non-judgmental and I really felt that was true. She was kind, patient and funny! My son loved this office so much that he told me that he told Dr. Saeb that he loved her LOL

I have another appointment booked to get a couple things taken care of and now I'm excited to go back! First impressions matter. So far, I'm incredibly happy that this office will be taking care of my family and I! May have just found the best dental office in San Jose!

My wife and I were very nervous finding a family dental since we had bad experiences in the past. We gave "A Plus Dental Care" a try and OMG first impression is everything. We love it! They made us feel very welcome and treated my son very nice. They were not judgmental. They talk to you through the procedures and make you feel comfortable. We are very satisfied and glad we gave this dentist a chance. Thank you staff and doctors for being so welcoming and caring.
