Once again A Royal Suite has outdone themselves! The ability to choose the color and fabric I want coupled with hardwood furniture made in the USA is so much better than ordering online. The prices are less than most places and competitive in todays economy. They go out of their way in the customer service department and always get my order done quickly and with no problems. I also like they are a family owned business that has been around for a long time in SCV. I try to work with a family run place any day over a corporate owned company. They give you a day and a time window for delivery too! Amir is the salesperson I worked with and he’s great but is now in the Ventura location. I am a happy customer for life shopping at a Royal Suite! They have everything from classic to contemporary furnishings and it’s so easy to do business in my hometown of SCV. Thank you Norb (the owner) and Lisa who helped me this time.

Stay away from this place. I finally got a call today, seven weeks after I ordered furniture, telling me that they will deliver on Wed. To make things worse, they told me I have to pay $129 for delivery which they didn't tell me at the time of purchase. This is the first and last time I do business with this store.

Just got my custom sectional couch and it impressed more then expected. It was less expensive then the other store brands and I was able to pick the style, fabric, and size. I would definitely buy from them again.

Theyre customer service are great. Christina is very helpful. The driver Lupe and his partnerwas great and nice too. They deserved a raise

We purchased our sectional in February and on the same day that we ordered it (a hour later) we realized that we measured it incorrectly. We contacted the manager and we were told that the difference in credit would only be about $70. Well, I got the credit almost two months later to realize that I was only credited $56.00. This was after calling a couple of times. At this point, i feel that it's not worth my time. We then received our coach in March, and it feels nothing like the couch that we fell in love with. I know couches tend to be firm in the beginning but this couch just does not feel the same way. I've purchased many couches in the past and I have always been very happy. I went in looking for other furniture a different day and when I told the manager (He sold me the sectional) about my couch, he said to give it time, that in time, it would get softer. I really feel that it would of been nice to have some options. For example give me the option to see if they can soften the cushions a little bit more to my liking or try to reassure me that yes, in time the cushions would get softer. I felt that at this point since the sale was made, there was just no interest, so we walked out without purchasing anything else. I am in sales and this is definitely not how I want to make my clients feel after a purchase because I want them to remember that experience, feel heard so that they can come again.

Hello:

I have a complaint regarding one of your General Managers Scott Martin.

I went in to your Santa Clarita Ca.store to purchase a 2 2 “ bunky boards for

The Eastern King bed I purchased along with the McKenzie bed room set.

Mr. Martin showed me the boards in your store we decided to purchase

The 2” In.bunky boards for $217.91 no including the $99.00 Dollar delivery

Fee.

My wife is having hip surgery, the current 9 In.boards are to high for her

to climb up on the bed. It seems the 2” bunky borads are to low. When my

wife sits on the bed here hip/thigh hits the bed frame.

I called Mr. Martin this morning regarding my concern, he was very rude,

I asked him if it was possible to return the bunky borads for the Low

4 “ Profile board. He stated “ I told you to measure the bed” very rudely

over the phone. He stated he could not accommodate us but we could

purchase the 4” low profile boards for almost $300.00 dollars not

including the $99.00 dollar delivery fee.

We have purchased at leased $7,000 Plus in bedroom furniture from

A Royal Suite. Asking for an exchange of something so small to a loyal

Customer is not asking to much. The order# 10761 delivery date is

1/24/23. I was going to purchase living room furniture form A Royal

Suite, but now with this unreasonable rude General Manager and

The way I was treated over the phone We may go some where else.

This is a very minor request as far as exchanging the 2” bunky

Boards to the 4“ low profile boards. Please confirm receiving

This e-mail and what or if any process regarding the exchange.

We received our couch Oct 30th and a week later we noticed that one of the ends on the couch is sloping. It seems as the frame of the couch has broken after just having the couch for one week. I was unable to call them right away regarding our couch and I think it was mid November that I finally had a chance to call them. I called the showroom and they referred me to call customer service. I called customer service, no one answered and I left a message. A few weeks went by and no return phone call. I called again, and again no answer so I left another message. It is now 12/30/22 and we have yet to receive a return phone call. I have left them another message this morning asking them to return my phone call by the end of the day. Let’s see if they call me back after the 3rd message. I’m extremely disappointed that their customer service has not called back regarding our issue. I can not recommend A Royal Suite Home Furnishings due to their lack of customer service support and their very low quality furniture.
