Really impressive presentation and packing for just meh food.

I love masubi and their menu offered some decadent options. But rice is one of the main ingredients, and their rice was mushy and lacked any kind of flavor. Where was the sauce? Or even sushi rice? Some vinegar even? Bland, mushy rice with good masubi toppings.just does not make good masubi, especially for the price.

Fried chicken was also bland and although we ordered fries extra crispy, they were still undercooked a little bit.

No plans to give this place another try.

Every time I order ahead they make my order early. I set my order time for 7pm and they had it ready by 6: 40. When I got there my food was already room temperature. Don’t order ahead, they won’t respect your request time.

Be aware that you will wait more than 40 min for your food in this place! It's too slow here.

Also for dine-in orders, you have to remind the store staff to make your order. We waited 20+ min sitting in the store without any food coming and when we went to ask the staff about our order, they told me they hadn't started on it.

One of the best places to get fruit teas, drinks. Their signature fruit teas are amazing especially in the summer months.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of the skillet potatoes, milk tea, and passion fruit juice. Ordering is made easy, dining in had great atmosphere. Ill be back again to snack again

Man, What a place, we ran into this place as we were lazily roaming around in fremont.parking was little tricky out front but try on the backside, you may get lucky.

I would say very limited seating and as we are large group, was hard to find a place so we ordered food and ate it in the car.you can squeeze in ofcourse.

Unagi Musubi and Takoyaki were my MVP. Finished em right in few minutes

Wonderful people that go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. So many options for drinks and snacks. I love the fresh fruit tea with the no syrup option to get a healthy drink without having to worry about sugar. The Hawaiian tropical is my favorite. On days that I want to indulge, I get the rose tea with cheese foam.

Portion of the steak cup is pretty decent, but I tend to find their crepe on the heavier side of flavor - too salty and spicy for me. Waited for about 30min for our two items on a Sunday noon.

The food was good but waited 40 plus minutes be served a basic meal. They need turn Uber eats and doordash tablets off if can’t serve dine in customers in a timely manner.

Great specialty potato menu items! Had the potato tornado and garlic onion waffle fries, which were both delicious, particularly the latter. Highly recommend for a quick snack if in the area. Tasted very fresh and was served hot! The potatoes were the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Our go-to spot for some hi quality snacks after school pickups or church activities. Well worth the wait.
