My son hates shoes, because he's starting Jr high he has to have comfortable shoes for PE this place has a large selection of shoes and he says they are comfortable, he's been wearing them for 2 weeks now and still loves them, they are sized and they test how you walk and other things to give you the best fit.

I went in a couple weeks ago and had an amazing experience. Ironically, the guy that helped me was named Zach and he was extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been a track coach for 4 years now and I was a track athlete for 10. Zach was still able to show me things about my feet I had no idea about. I left with some of the most comfortable yet responsive shoes I’ve ever had. Love this place and service!

A Snails Pace is the best place around to find the perfect pair of shoes for walking or running. The customer service was top-notch, as Stephen spent a good amount of time measuring my feet and evaluating my gait to find the shoes that would meet my needs. Super helpful, I like the one to one discussion, fitting, and how many pairs I got to try on. I had to bring a pair back to size up a half size and they exchanged no questions asked.

As you walk in the front door you are always greeted by an employee who is there to help out. I recently purchased a new pair of running shoes, they already had my information in the system I called ahead to see if they had it and when I got there my shoes were waiting for me. I wasn’t made aware of the snails pace app until after my purchase, but I was advised to just submit my receipt and my points were added to my app thank you very much snails pace for making everything very smooth.

Went in to replace my Brooks running shoes and had a great time with the salesperson talking about shoes, trail running, and backpacking. Every time I am in to the Brea shop I leave feeling more informed and I trust the knowledge of the staff when helping me find shoes for my unusual feet. Love all the gear and training equipment they sell, too.

I was introduced to A snails pace running shop by my family and all my running shoes that I have owned are from here. I live in Hawaii and just recently traveled to California and had to buy another pair. Customer service is great and I really enjoy how they cater to what your feet need. They let you try on different pairs of shoes from all brands and it really is trying to find the best pair of shoes for you. What I also like is that they don't make you feel any less if you just are someone who likes to run here and there and not a competitive runner. They welcome all!
