Alesha goes above and beyond to make sure her clients goals are met and their overall health improved. When I first came to Alesha, I did not know how to properly diet or structure workouts to support my various sports. After working with her for only 2 months, I now have a firm grasp on how to properly plan and execute nutritional principles, and how to schedule effective workouts. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to improve their fitness and meet their goals.

I can't recommend Alesha enough as a personal trainer. She is not only empowering by pushing you to new limits and help shake you out of your comfort zones but is also professional and accommodation to schedules and COVID safety precautions.
I credit Alesha to helping me get out of my funk with quarantine and back to loving myself. She's a gorgeous inspiration and just absolutely motivating. Her gym includes all the necessary
equipment to get to whatever your goals may be and makes you feel so comfortable while on the journey to get there.
I really value how she focuses on my form while at the same time pushing my limits for growth each time we meet. Thank you Alesha for your patience and dedication to helping me reach my goals.

I've been working with Alesha for years. After having several prior fitness trainers of various experience, I can confidently say Alesha is very qualified, knowledgeable, and does fabulous work. Throughout the pandemic, she has adapted and remained professional. I've seen her interact with her other clients too, she clearly has a knack for finding what works best for each client and cares about their fitness goals.

I’ve been working with Alesha for a year now, and she’s really been able to target our workouts to areas I need to work on. As a result, I have seen improvements in my race performance—passed two obstacles at my last Spartan race that I had always previously flunked in competition, and had a nice kick at the end of a trail half marathon where I passed lots of racers over the last several miles. Highly recommend Alesha at A-Team if you are looking to take your results to the next level.

I have been training with Alesha for about a month and am so glad I found her! She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and has been helping me on my overall health journey not just getting stronger in the gym, but also guiding my nutrition. I can be self-conscious in the gym and working-out around other people, but Alesha is kind, patient, a great listener and makes our training fun. I look forward to our 2x/week training sessions so much, and am already feeling more energetic and strong. I 100% recommend her and any other trainers at A-Team and am so glad I took this step for my health.

Alesha is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. I am training with her for almost a year now. Her workouts are challenging and she designs them based on my overall goals. Her nutrition tips and guidance have helped me a lot in eating healthy and making a positive change in my eating habits and overall lifestyle.
Once the pandemic hit, we switched over to online FaceTime classes and that has been going great! She is able to watch and provide guidance and feedback over our video calls to ensure that I stay on track.
I highly recommend Alesha to anyone who is trying to lose weight, be more fit and strong.

I’ve been working with Alesha as my nutritionist for about 5 months now. She’s really helped me grasp an understanding of my relationship with food and my eating habits. Even when I have my bad days she always know what to say or how I can go about making next week better. I’m truly grateful! Thank you Alesha!

I met Alesha through my girlfriend, another of her clients. The two of us have done CrossFit in the past, but I personally have trouble adjusting my form and technique. Alesha has helped me tremendously get more aware of my body, but I’ve also learned a lot through her nutrition training! My energy and motivation has improved incredibly and there’s more progress ahead. I completely recommend her!

I started training with Alesha to rehab a poorly healed sprain I'd gotten from CrossFit, with the eventual goal of returning to CrossFit once I was able to lift again.
After just a few months with her I realized I never wanted to go back to one-size-fits-all style programming ever again! She not only learned a lot about my injury, taking notes from my physical therapists to help me heal much faster than the initial prognosis, but she also paid real attention to what I liked and didn't like, personalizing the content of my workouts to keep me excited and help me improve. I see all kinds of possibilities for myself and my lifting that I never would have without her. She is SO knowledgable and in the last year has been nothing but encouraging and flexible with me as my goals and.needs have changed, even during months of sheltering in place where I couldn't come to the gym. She really is THE best.

Alesha is a really great trainer. She's very personable and makes working out fun. She's also good about working around limitations. I've got a bad back that flares up sometimes, and she gives me specific exercises that don't aggravate it.

Alesha is pretty a good personal trainer for me, She makes me healthier, better, and more willing to take the initiative to control my own diet. She was also very patient during class and corrects the wrong movements I did. I will continue to follow her!

I've been doing partner training for the past couple of months and I could not recommend a better personal trainer! If you're looking for someone to help you get in shape, Alesha is definitely the one.
