A V Hawaiian Pool, Colfax CA

We had a pool leak and these guys were sent by the home warranty company. I told them the pool only leaks when the pumps are on. So they came looked around and concluded that the leak was underground, without any physical exam. Because of that the home warranty denied the repair work. I got a new company to look and it and within 5 mins they found that one of the pumps was leaking.

AV Hawaiian was assigned for a claim through our home warranty. Robbie was professional, on time and friendly. He immediately knew the issue, and had the part readily available on his truck to complete the repair the same day. He completed the service, and at our request, gave us an estimate for additional work we need done in the near future. We would highly recommend AV Hawaiian, and will definitely use them for all our pool needs in the future!

We request service through AHS earlier this year for our pool, and the guy that came out, he was lazy at what he did, after reviewing his work, he didn't even look at our pool heater, he removed a few balts, left them on the grown mind you and didn't even tighten the heater back, made false claims and false promises. He said he was going to come back, and I never heard back from him. I don't want to see him back again. I don't remember his name but he was a tall, heavy set older white male who could barely walk. Before the week ended, I called to get an update, my husband called twice with no response back from your company. The service was terrible. I would appreciate it if you sent some else on this new request that we have in, otherwise, we will have to cancel our AHS account.

Had a filter tank installed. Rob was the technician. Rob was very polite, informative on new tank operation, and very fast on the installation.
Would strongly recommend the service at AV Hawaii Pool for pool repair. Great Job

After 6 weeks of frustration. AV Hawaiian, Chris specifically was able to help us. Within a day he was out to assess and just days later we had a new pump. Additionally he advocated for us with getting our problem solved through the home warranty! Within hours, our pool went from cloudy and almost green to clear and better than it looked even before we bought our home! Thank you, Chris!

After trying to get hold of another place for over a week, finally my Home Warranty company change the service provider to AV Hawaiian, they call me back the following day, sent a technician the next day and got my pump timer fixed. Thank you so much, keep the hard work.

My story is exactly the same as Zach Sasser below. Beware if they’re sent to you by Home Warranty. Further, do not use Home Warranty companies for your pool. There is never sufficient enough pool damage for your warranty to cover it.
