2The man that came out to fix my appliance was very nice he changed the heating element drum roller and cleaned the lint out, excatley a month and 9 days heating element out called the company and was told because it’s been 30 days I’d have to pay 65 dollars for them to come back and pay labor for them to check their work! Not a happy customer!
Worst service experience. Washing machine was leaking, tech came out Diagnostic fee was paid and 1 month later no part. They said it had been back order but only found that out because I called. 2 months later still no info from them. I called at least once a week and finally was told they have had the part the whole time! I asked for a refund and to go with a different company. New company said the part I had been waiting for wasn’t even the problem! Be aware when using this company
