A1 was amazing from start to finish. Bob was very communicative keeping me updated every step of the way. We had both drywall and flooring installed and the work was absolutely immaculate and the workers were clean and fast. We have worked with several different contractors and this company was by far the best. Bob is not your industry norm, he truly cares for his clients and does what is in their best interest. I purchased carpet as well as flooring from A1 Factory Direct Flooring on one of their specially designed programs. In working with Casie and Brian, I found them to have personalities that are pleasant and congenial and they always makes you feel at ease. As a customer you know that you are going to be taken care of because they are respectful and courteous and focus totally on your needs as a customer. Unbelievable! The team at A1 Factory Direct Flooring head by Miho were fast and efficient. The job was done to perfection. They installed a laminate in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was absolutely perfect. They kept the place clean and finished in 2 days (including the demo of carpet). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
