We the customers also can buy frozen parotas. Charging $4 for a single parota and giving us the same frozen parota is nonsense. Waited 15 minutes for this froozen hard to bite parota

This is the worst place for South Indian food. People are mostly voting out of sentiment to the actual branches in India that are amazing. Or maybe they have forgotten the taste and may want to take a trip to India. The food isn't great and many times the dosa was hard and the chaat had no spice. This pathetic place charges mandatory service fee even to use QR and self order. Save yourself time and disappointment and go elsewhere.

Came here at 9: 30 am on a Sunday morning.
Tried their Tiffin combo 3 which came with - One Idli, One Medu Vada, Mini Plain Dosa, Sweet of the day, 2 Chutneys and Sambhar and also got the Madras Filter Coffee!

Loved every single dish and it took me back to India! I would say this is one of the places that makes the best sambhar, chutney and Filter Coffee in the entire Bay Area

But I wish, the Sweet wasn’t so oily It was dripping

The place is also so clean and you order at the table and pay for it instantly with the QR code and they also sell certain snacks!

Will definitely be back to try more items here

Surprised by the popularity of this restaurant. It was not bad but far from as good as other places in the area. Price is a bit high for the quality after everything. Service is not great as it's not a traditional table service but they still add on extra service fees without telling you.

Thali only looks good but doesn't taste good at all, 1 out of 5 for Thali. Pls save yourself from Thali. Dosa was good but not exceptional, may be 3 out of 5. The best item we like was filter coffee 4 out of 5. Overall, average, and we won't go again.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. We have tried almost all the dishes and everything is super delicious and the staff is very friendly too, making the dining experience extra special. I would highly recommend this restaurant for someone who wants to have the best vegetarian food.

Ganesh was an excellent server. He really looked after us.we came to celebrate a friends’s birthday and we were being looked after well!

We were excited to eat here but got disheartened by the horrible service and the rudeness of the waiters here. They couldn’t bring the food to our table in time and when we asked to cancel it, the waiters just gave us weird glances and talked about us in plain sight. The service charge was unreasonably high especially when there was no actual service. The food was not as good and the Pongal was stale and tasted old.

One of the most mismanaged restaurant. Please do not waste your money on this restaurant. They are not capable of managing food order placed by a party of 8. The servers were confused and rude. Also, they do change 12% Service charge for a terrible service. The food was alright but I have had better South Indian and North Indian food at the same price with significantly better service.

Very tasty and authentic Indian food, who visited India and knows real food there will agree.

Good food and large menu. It would be helpful to have photos of the food choices or a description so that those of us unfamiliar with names could understand.

Food was below par, pongal was way too greasy, the rava kesari was way too sweet.also they charged us $7 in service fees.all in all.not a great experience.not going back

Worst mini idli I have ever seen till now. It was more like mushroom shaped idli, and from past few months
They have degraded there quality n quantity of food of what we used to eat at such high price point.
