3Worst customer service. Called twice and got hung up on the two times I called. After the 3rd time finally asked if she can hear me. She said yes. So I explained my situation. The way she was explaining was fast and unpleasant. So, we said is fine thank you. And she said nothing and hung up. Glad I didn’t end up going with them. I’ve never never left i reviews on no one first time.
I received a very rude call from one source construction. Upon answering, the lady on the phone begins the phone conversation with why don’t people answer there damn phone.
Then proceeded to ask why people ask weird when answering their phone.
Completely unprofessional and it unfortunately reflects the type of personnel this company hires.
Can’t say I would recommend them from this experience.
Well I realy can say I give this company 5 stars. I was realy nedding our bathroom done, I had prayed and thank God to show me the workers God showed me A&A one sousre company. I can say I was very hesitated at first we had several things done in are house by different people in the past they did not do me right.well Jacqueline and David from A&A one source company they made me fell very comfortable they are a very loveing couple and cant forget Shawn the gentelman that works with David very hard workers. I just started with my bathroom thats all I realy wanted done.well things changed I needed my kithen done well we just didnt stop there we ened up doing the whole house I kidnap the wokekers I keep them here for 3 in half mounths remodeling my house.there was times I can say very stressful my husband and I l live in are house.with all this constrution. David and Jacqueline and Shawn worked with me they calmed me down they were very understanding.they got me out of my crazzyness and Jacueline is very good healping picking out colors I realy want to Thank them and Shawn all the Love and souport they gave and had to deal with me expecallly Shawn haha.we are almost finally done on the home streach almost done with painting.its more then a company its family oriented.thanks for your love and support
