I had been thinking about shopping for new auto insurance for some time. I had to because my rates were very high per month $475.00. I wasn't getting the discount double check anymore.
I had done business with AA Lares insurance about 8yrs ago, I decided to reach out and get some quotes.
I have a2016 kia, 2016 audi, 2002 avalanche and two drivers.
I called and Cesar answered the phone. I told him my needs and what I was paying currently. I gave him all the information he asked for. About an hour and half later he called me back, he gave me a quote for half of what I was paying per month.
I wish I had called waaaaay sooner. I will be saving so much money and keeping the exact same coverage as before. Cesar went above what I was expecting, we are now Facebook buddies and are working on our matching tattoos.

Amazing customer service. Shannon has been my agent for several years and has always gone above and beyond to ensure I am covered. She is knowledegable, professional and quick to respond when I have questions or issues. I was involved in an accident earlier this year and Shannon was proactive about helping me get in touch with an adjuster, she was in constant communication with both of us to ensure I was taken care of. Happy and pleased with alares insurance and with my agent Denysse Garcia I want aware of the difference between business use and commercial use auto insurance since i recently purchased a cargo van now we are all up to date thanks once again denysse and alares.

I've had my auto, home and rental policy with hem for many years. But this past year has been terrible. No return emails o phone calls. But today was the last straw. I had requested to add my daughter to my auto policy and over a month later I called them to find out what happened and they said they did not get my emails even though I have it as SENT. Then another week goes by and still no quote. I called again and was told it was "stuck in her Drafts folder" for the past week. I again requested a quote and was told to just "not insure my daughter until she turns 16". First of all, I believe that is illegal to drive without insurance and second, I would have a huge liability if something were to happen. I called AAA Insurance and got a quote in an hour. I switched!

I have had good response earlier.
But this time I didn’t hear back for six days in middle of switching car insurance. I purchased a new car and wanted to add it quickly. Six days were too long to wait to hear back a simple question. I left a voice message and sent an email, so I am sure she got the information and request.

I had to call again to follow up to get answer my questions.
