They were very cautious about COVID-19, and I got everything done very quickly! Very nice experience.

No appointment needed. You need to wear a face covering and there are lines to stand in before you enter the building unless no one is in line. No restrooms available due to CoronaVirus

Very accommodating. I like that they practice social distancing and wear mask. I feel they care for their clients. Thanks AAA's

The DMV website couldn’t complete my registration online (it kept having an error) so I went to AAA and got it done in less than 15 minutes. I received my tags on the spot. Remember AAA handles some DMV services!

Took a bit of time (it was a Saturday) but the actual service was excellent! As always, I might add.

Inga Neri is a top elite agent and took great care of me. She made membership and gift purchases a breeze. She was swift and professional and I would highly recommend seeking her for your membership or insurance needs. The entire staff is friendly warm and accommodating. I returned for DMV services and was in and out in 15 minutes. This staff is fantastic.

Great staff, prices, and service! Most DMV business can be done there. Which is a super service in itself. I've had their auto insurance for years. Can't beat it! Not to mention their many discounts. Plus the roadside service is 2nd.to none. If you're not an auto club member you need your head examined!

I came in today and was expecting a friendly service from the staff but the cashier who helped me seems to have her smile and friendliness tucked away in her pockets. Even the insurance rep I talked to seemed to be so stern and detached. They are quick yes, informative and knowledgeable but missing the friendly customer service that I'm accustomed with everytime I go in that office. It's so disappointing not to see the usual smiley and accommodating faces.

AAA car insurance rep, didn't follow up as he mentioned, so my old car insurance company kept billing me. Secondly, you'll never get someone on the phone at this location (Ventura). Do to the TOTAL inconvenience and lack of customer care, it's no wonder their membership are at a steady decline over the years. Not what they were in the past. Time to move on.oh ya' don't let all the "guide" reviews sway you. They get points for their positive reviews.

Love AAA! Came to get my car registration renewed. Could not have been easier. There's usually a short wait but their system is pretty efficient to move people through.

Been a AAA member for 17 years.i am sorry to say they suck for traveling stick with the road assistance service!

I have been a AAA customer for over 10 years. The last 3 calls I have done for roadside tow have been the worst I have encounter! All the calls are over 1 hour wait time no call backs no messages. I see AAA service has gone down the drain! Your dispatchers are unprofessional and weak! Your service tow trucks are the worst! 3 hour wait time today and nobody called text or messaged! I hope you can give me a full refund cause I have no plans to support anither lame company as this one!

The employees are all friendly and very helpful. Office is always neat and clean. Inside temprature is always pleasant.

A great place to obtain services for your car. Quick, efficient, great customer service. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Facilities are clean and reasonably well-kept. Sure beats going to the Department of Motor Vehicles for services!

I’ve called 5 times today trying to figure the trick to get a live person to talk to. So frustrating, the biggest turn off to your business. All I wanted to ask is which forms of payment you accept for DMV services besides checking?

Don't stop in to often, but they are always very helpfull. Recent visits were to talk with their travel folks, receiving lots of useful information.

I pay AAA an annual membership so I don’t have to go to the DMV. When I have to wait on the phone for help for over 20 minutes with no answer is unacceptable. Utterly disappointed.

We have auto insurance and road side service with AAA. The great thing, you can take care of your registration there. Very convenient.
