AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California

I am a gold member at AAA and they never disappoint me. I am always amazed at the variety of things they are able to provide their members with. This was my first time at this location and I was hesitant to go because of COVID and have been trying to stay home as much as possible. However, I need to forms notarized, and I knew AAA had that option and could help me out.

They have lines outside which limit the amount of people they have inside which was very comforting to me. Once I made it inside, they were able to help me right away.

Luis was able to help me with the notary signature. He was very kind and friendly and assisted me with a positive attitude. He explained to me the process of what he was doing and even gave me a special notary form when a name was spelled incorrectly.

I had a very positive experience and they really put me at ease with being out and about.

Waited outside in sun for 15min, AAA team member asked if i was paying cash or credit?

Strange question. Never been asked before.

Chatsworth office staff is Awesome! Dalton and Key go out of their way to assist people! They are angels!

Arrived at 4: 30pm for vehicle registration. It was empty and people just hang around chatting. But the guy at the door told me they closed. I should just to dmv.

Mr Key was really friendly and helpful! Deanna was also friendly! I didn't get the name of the African tall guy on the front directing people which windows to go at but he's very nice and friendly too! Keep up the GREAT customer service!

If you want to know what customer service should look like this is the place. Consistently good ongoing help and many things for drivers. Always friendly experience.

If you want insurance or travel no wait only one person doing DMV ask me why I pay for membership to wait I could have went to DMV and been out faster! This is definitely the worst AAA office I’ve ever been In.

Good service except for some reps do not know what a line is and took people over just to ask questions jumping the line! That is why No 5 star

On Wednesday, September 11th at noon, I requested notary services. The young women that I thought was going to help me was more worried about her lunch. She was rude and very short coming. I went to the Northridge location where everyone was helpful and very pleasant. Will not return to the Chatsworth location.

AAA membership is one of the smartest things anybody can do they can even handle DMV as long as you have cash

I had to tell but only the wait staff 1at that the menu has food debris on it but a 2ND time to the hostess when the next menu had it on it too and not just a speck or two.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced Jocelyn has the worst attitude and expects you to run when it’s ur turn or she will skip you turn then when she finally helps you a she has away making the customers feel unwelcome never again doing dmv services

Service was great, but I had trouble finding it using the maps app on my phone. It just said to turn left, but I didn't know where to turn left at.

Went in on wed evening to do a out of state registration said I needed a another bill of sale form and signature from the seller.who’s in state lucky for me.with only 4 day left until penalty charges they said come back in the Am with the forms signed. The next mourning there I wait 40 min to have my name called “they say oh yeah u needed a vehicle inspection also did you bring the car” I’m like noooo you never said that the day b4 and how can I drive a car unregistered? Car is classified a certified classic threw my State Farm ins and is used bye sag & central casting. Service was so terrible waisting time. Could have went to the dmv from the Being. Then I went to the dmv same day to get my new car registered.registration 47 dollars cheaper with there adjustments. I will neverrrrr go back to aaa for any paperwork Again. If it wasn’t for the fact I own 4 cars & there roadside service. I would cancel it ASAP. Save your self money and hassle the short cut is definitely the long road here. Go to the dmv.p. S.offering me a free tote bag after two days off waiting will not help u can just keep it How about instead of free junk.u actually fix your mistakes and informality.

If I could give 10 Stars, I would. Went in for an insurance quote and met with a wonderful agent, Deana Chochua, who was not only gracious and professional, but delivered the A+ level of service I have come to expect from AAA. I highly recommend not only this office, but to also give AAA a chance to quote you because they were much lower than my current company which is Mercury and the service is fantastic. Make sure to ask for Deana and you will be 100% delighted! Thank you!

Got in and out of here pretty quick when applying for a new insurance with them. Great deals here, this is most ideal for insurance companies.

I was a little bit disappointed with the enthusiasm of the lady that help me out, other than that it's a good corp insurance; one of the best.

Long lines. Seems to take longer than usual.
Though you can't beat having AAA ~ I've had several times when they saved the day by helping us. Well worth it.

If you don't like waiting for a very long time to be helped, go to this location.not as much traffick as the others.
