AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California reviews
18Ive been using AAA for a couple years now and I've been very satisfied after every single visit and phone call. Highly recommended.
My experience from last week May 8th was horrible waited 5 hers for a tow truck was never delayed or updated to what was going on
Very very good! The representative went above and beyond her duties. So helpful in accommodating us to the fullest.
Service is always good the person that helped us she was very knowledgeable about DMV transaction's
AAA is worth its weight in gold.
Membership in a quality organization is the only way to make life worthwhile.makes your life much easier, nicer and simpler too. What are you waiting for.joint today!
Going here was a better idea than going to the DMV. AAA can help with registration for members but not ID renewals. The lines are shorter than the DMV and the people that work here are nice.
To long of a Wait and only 2 people working In the window. But the people are nice. I wish they had Chairs for the handicap so they could sit down. I waz their Triple AAA had to wait a long time. When i got help my leg Heart me so much for standing a long time.
Do to Corvid 19, visiting here has changed. For basic DMV services, you're not allowed inside, the customer service representative will come out to you, take your paperwork, cash or check, process the transaction and return with your completed paperwork. It does take a little longer and waiting in the heat could be a bit tiresome, so go early.
1st time doing an auto registration renewal at AAA. It's was actually better than going to DMV; customer service was great!
Annoying waited outside in the hot sun. Once I entered the building 45 minutes later they offered me water. I need outside in the sun.
Everyone is super sweet. Thanks to Tramel I was able to renew my auto club membership. I hope I spelled his name right I do remember he said he was new.
I just went to pay my registration and some women, short on the heavier side called me over, asked what can I help you with. I told her and that was the last thing I heard from her mouth. She was not welcoming, helpful in the contrary she was rude and not professional. This has been the first time since I’ve had my
Membership that someone treats me less than I expected.
Great service. They saved me an all day trip to the DMV. The receptionist was friendly and offered us water bottles while we waited. Our DMV specialist went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. There was an assortment of travel books and maps available for purchase. Parking was easy to find. I look forward to my next visit.
They made sit down and wait for somebody to buy and item. Since when do people need to sit down to buy a product? Thats very inefficient I just when to costco to buy the fastrak trasporter I was looking for
I come here for the discount movie tickets, passport photos, handicapped placards. I tried to use the travel agent once but we were double charged for everything and the names were misspelled which took weeks to correct. It all eventually worked out but far more work that it was worth. As I no longer use paper maps or guide books there is less here for the traveler than in the past.
Staff is always friendly, and parking is great. Probably the best time to come here would be from 9: 30 to 11 a.m, then again from around 1 p.m. To 3 pm. Everything in between tends to get busy. The wait usually isn't too bad.
I remember going to pay my bill in person, and one guy was in the DMV line testing out different license plate ideas. The clerk sat with him for about 5 minutes running through at least 10 different options.
Go to them. For EVERYTHING. Not the DMV. Very very fast service, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Would've been hours at the DMV.
