AAA - Automobile Club of Southern California

If you're not a AAA member, you need to be. This location in particular is great. The staff here always help me get my DMV matters handled and they can help plan trips. I have AAA insurance too. Worth every penny.

So much faster and easier than DMV. Too bad they can't do everything I need but I'm happy about the ones they do.
UPDATE: NOT THIS OFFICE. But AAA in general. Tow driver refused to put my vehicle in my driveway claiming his tow truck was too heavy for our driveway. We've had many tow trucks larger than his in our driveway as my son would flip cars when out of work. He'd fix auction cars, then sell them so we'd get non running cars towed here 1st. The driver refused. Before a 2nd tow truck could get here, my car got quickly and quietly impounded without a word. The reason? INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION. I'll spare the medical rundown but I was quarantined 3 times and hospitalized once for a month. My Dr told me to isolate until 10 days after my 2nd vaccine which hadn't had yet, so I wasn't able to get a smog check. I didn't even know that they were essential businesses as my regular place was and is closed. My car broke down in pharmacy drive-thru. I needed undeliverable medication. After finding my own vehicle, I was told repeatedly that public safety was not working alternate Fridays and I had to leave voicemails, texts, FB msgs, and posts. Nothing in return. On Monday" public safety official was rude and sarcastic. I was forced to give every dime I had (scam charges) or loose my car. Grocery and medication money was gone. Now, AAA and the tow company that sent the truck DO NOT KNOW WHO TOWED MY CAR. IF THEY SENT A SERIAL KILLER AND I WAS MISSING. THEY WOULDN'T KNOW. It's 3 mos and the president of AAA's assistant says she's working on it. How hard could it be? I was scammed. Plain and simple. All 3 entities working together.

I am so thankful i went to this branch. The lady helped me with my parking ticket which was mistakenly given to me by the enforcer. The lady who assist me helped me on what to do. Explain the details, where to go etc. I ended up paying $10 instead of 60$.

Came to this location on a Wed at 10: 15, no line. There is an associate outside to direct you where to go. I only needed maps. The woman that helped me was very nice, she went to the back room to see if they had a couple that weren't stocked in the front. I was in and out in less than 5 min.

Best experience I've ever had. 20 min from the time I drove in until I drove out. Had to get tags and usually it's about a 30 minute wait on Saturdays. So in a pandemic AAA is taking care of their customers quickly and efficiently. THANKS AAA Cerritos you're doing an awesome job.

Went to renew membership. Had to stand outside in line for a while, but when they got to me it only took a few minutes.

Rude cashier. (old lady) I asker a question. Did not even bother to check or ask someone else for an answer she just said. "you can find answers in my policy. ". Charged me and call the be y person in line. Cerritos office

The first time I came to this office to become a member, the service was great! Since then, trying to get in contact with the office is near impossible. I've been calling for the past two days. It sends me to voicemail after being on hold. I left a message, no response was given. I finally got to talk to someone and while we were dealing with my concern she said "hold on" and clicked on me. Been trying to get in contact with them again and its the same story.

I had several this I needed to take care of, I saw my insurance agent and got my tags paid for in only 45 minutes

After 17 yrs being with AAA they wanted to cancel my policy for $45 dollars will be late for 1 week, last payment on the policy. Will be checking for new insurance company for next years policy.

Best AAA out there.although I wasnt able to register my car this go around the service is always quick and friendly

I lost a whole days pay because I waited an hour to be told something that the check in should have informed me of. Please train anyone you have talking with customers in all policies because people do not like to waste their time. That’s why I pay a membership to not have to go to a real dmv and deal with mediocrity

The woman who helped me register my car was very helpful. Thank you Triple A for making it so much easier

Renewed my DMV registration, in and out in about 10 minutes, but I was there at 450pm and they close at 5pm. Fast and friendly!

It was good up until today. I was not informed information the last time I was in there. Therefore, I had to pay a late fee (it’s the principal).

AAA provides 4 free tows per year. In the 3 years I have had AAA, I have tried to use it twice. Once was for a flat tire, which AAA said they could not help us because it was after 6 pm and there were no tire shops in the vicinity that could service the tire. So much for 24/7 service. The second time was to tow my car 5 miles to the shop because it had been sitting for several months and would not start. My bad for not having read all the fine print stating that the towing service is only valid in emergency situations. Lesson learned, don't tell them the truth, tell them it's an emergency tow. Not sure what I pay the service for. Cancelled.

This place is a godsend. Registered three cars in about as much time as it takes to get a Big Mac Happy Meal. No more spending the day at the DMV.

Very nice and helpful staff. I expected minimal help when we asked them to help us fill out forms to sell a car, but they were so very helpful and took a lot of time, not rushing us, to help us fill out the forms correctly. If only all places in the world were like this.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place sucks. Bunch of lazy, sloppy, unprofessional workers.
Belem Moya is the worst. They got my homeowners insurance and earthquake insurance all wrong on my rental in Cerritos.
Did they return any of my calls. NO! Trust me, I'm calling the corporate office. I've got names, dates and times all documented. This place in the worst ever. Losers.
