Big location and fantastic service. I came here to get passport photos when I found out they were cheaper to get here than to get them at a Walgreens or CVS. I waited for a little longer than normal, but I kept busy with the travel books on display on the wall. When my name was called, the process was super quick, and I even ended up getting my passport photos on the house!

With so many places dropping their aaa discounts and the ever climbing membership fee, AAA isn't the great deal it once was. Still there best roadside assistance program. Don't buy their batteries they are not the best and they are quite pushy, recommending replacement as a usual requirement. Get an interstate (made in Mexico) or a Deka (the only USA made line) for less.

Easy, easy. Compared to the DMV this place is a gold mine! Super nice employees that help you step by step with a nice big smile

AAA has the best rates for car and home or combination of both. You can not get any better rate when comes to comparison with all insurance companies in US. AAA is reliable and you can count on their roadside assistance and other services. More over. They do DMV services too which it is a time saving

Highly recommend! We had a title transfer for a vehicle and they were very helpful. Didn't have to go to the DMV. We were able to transfer the personalized plates and obtain the tags. Thank you AAA!

Look at # of complaints with CA Dept of Insurance - over 600 in 2016 alone! Awful company - NOT JUST DROPPING ME BUT MANY OTHERS

No picture just went to pay my tags very cool to be able to do that right there, very convenient.
Also got a free quote on auto insurance and I was actually surprised that they're going to save me hundred extra a year I like that.

This place ia just as bad as the DMV. Everyone waiting and all the workers standing around talking and laughing with each other.

If you are looking for auto insurance, i bet you the AAA is the there to offer you the best price.

Ive been a tow insurance carrier for a few years with AAA. When dementia strikes, AAA sure does pay off having cool services like letting you in your car when you leave the keys inside, or run low on gas.

Fast and friendly service. If purchasing insurance, make sure you get all the discounts available to you and ask for a printout with the updated discounts.

They were so helpful and helped me with every single thing i needed to get done. I personally delt with adrian and jackie and they are both extremely thorough and helpful. Wish i could give 6 stars for this one

They staff was very helpful with all of my needs. It was also nice to avoid the line at the dmv.

It was a pleasant experience. There were two ladies that not only they told me how I can save money by waiting to pay my dmv registration, but they were nice and very polite.

Skip the dmv line and just come here for some basic dmv services. Literally no wait for my new registration sticker that hadn't arrived.

I got a very sensitive and attentive to detail representative. She helped to resolve quite serious matter.
