Locked myself out of my car, AAA to the rescue in a timely manner. The AAA driver needed better English, otherwise perfect!

I'm a 35 year year member and customer service has never come into question. But recently, as I needed their assistance with policy changes and spoke to several staff I received different answers which were inconsistent.
It took me two days to add a new vehicle to my policy bc the agent wouldn't answer her phone or return my emails in a timely manner.
While enroute to pick up my vehicle I had car issues and needed a tow; come to find out I didn't have the 100 mile tow service pkg I had signed up for (another clerical error). I had to pay out of pocket.
This is unacceptable and frustrating. As for me and my family we will be shopping for a different insurance company.

Overall, good service. The DMV clerks are excellent. Some long wait times at times, but compared to the actual DMV, it was a breeze.

Service was excellent short wait but that's expected times like this security outside was very very courteous and gracious.

If you don't get AAA Insurance why bother even getting insurance going down to the Hemet branch and ask for Jose tell him Larry Anderson sent you sencha best customer service around

My wife and I gave my son our old 04 Prius. He and I were able to do the switch over of ownership right there.

Sometimes you get to take care of DMV issues and such at AAA but their access seems to be very basic and completion of DMV transactions its so limited tho. I've wasted my time coming here for DMV matters. Other services such as notary, membership, roadside, insurance, etc can be completed successfully. I enjoy their customer service over the phone much more than in person.

Quick and easy. The renovation made it faster and they are always so nice. I love renewing my registration here instead of the DMV.

There all the same. Stores are gloomy they all need some help. Maybe paint, lights, new chairs that aren't from a second hand store. Windows need to be cleaned. Front doors are glass and always are dirty with hand prints, can you just think how dirty the door handles are. (YUCK) Employees are always helpful and know their stuff.

Excellent location. Easily visible from the street. More than enough parking. The offices are well organized and the staff is extremely helpful, patient and respectful.

Great place to get things done better than DMV the only thing is you should bring cash they don't take debit or credit cards for DMV transactions

I like to go there to pay my DMV and buy tickets for different events. The people are always friendly but it does get busy at times so plan on a wait.

I have a texas AAA and the lady said i cant help you, you need a Ca AAA, that didnt make sense, so i reported her to the manager and she got a yelling at from her manager

All I can say is open on Saturdays I love it little slow at times but good service I love it you have to get yourself a Triple A card if just for this purpose

I have been a member of AAA for some years now. I grew up with the roadside and auto service; also homeowners insurance. This is somewhat my "ONE STOP SHOP! "

Just moved to the Hemet Area called AAA Hemet to ask a simple Question. On hold waiting for a representative over 30 minutes. Been a member for over 38 years. I try to be patient but think they need to work on this! Why can't they even have someone answer the phone.

I should have bought this service years ago, but I have always had new cars and didn't need a towing service. But this company is so much more than just a towing service. I have "issues" with DMV and they give me the help I need to deal with these DMV issues. Not to mention the discounts and travel assistance.

I was rear-ended 10/2017 they did pay for the car because it was declared a total loss. I had a concussion and was taken to ER by ambulance.now I have a baseball size bump in the back of my head I've been having severe headaches I'm not the same person before the accident. I've been having severe jaw, neck, lower back, elbows and knees pain. Now when it comes to my medical bills my my medical and physical continuing treatment they are just giving me the round around. I've been having this problem with my Insurance and the other guy's insurance. The accident happened in 10/2017 now I haven't been working my bills have been late every single months.they kept the car and kept withdrawing the monthly payment till yesterday when I called the bank. I've been paying insurance for a car they kept. Ridiculous. I just wanted someone to know the stress they are causing me and my family.trust me I don't want this to happen to anyone.
