Very bad service I got today. The lady on the from desk was not nice to me. She never check my paper she just told me I can not help you. I feel that I paid my membership for nothing.

Super fast office. Everyone was kind and helpful. In and out in 10 minutes doing a transfer of ownership.

Disabled people beware when going to this auto club office-My Dr gave me temporary disability placard form to get a temporary parking permit. Auto club would not honor the form stating it wasn’t a wet signature. Called the Dr office they said that is his wet signature and none of his patients have had this problem. Went back into Auto Club, I was told the auto club auditors would revoke my placard if they issued me one. Sent home empty handed. Not sure I want to be a member of auto club that treats their members this way, I’m glad to know the auditors know better than my Dr!

Nicely organized. One line to check in and let them know what you're there for. Then you go to your specific area and they call you in the order you checked in for that specific service. Took care of my DMV auto registration (check or credit/debit card) and received my sticker. Staff were professional and friendly.

David was very helpful, kind, and quick to take passport photos. He was so great with my toddler. He even sang the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse song for her. Great service! I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Frustrating. Needed to get my "real driver license" couldn't contact a real person at the Anaheim Hills office to see if AAA could assist with this task. Automated phone service. Ended up requesting claims option and was told to just come in, no appointment necessary. Once I got there they said only specific AAA offices can help you. No stars for AAA.

Long line, long wait, was the first time this happened.plus I took day off due to back issues made it difficult to wait over half hour.could of been near hour wait

They were so helpful. My license plates never arrived from dmv. They researched and issued me plates on the spot in 5 minutes.

One person saids you can use credit card at the front desk, then another person in the back saids you cannot use credit cards to pay for your tags he only takes cash or checks. It's like what the.

In and out in less than 15 minutes! Maybe I was there at just the right time (Wednesday morning at 10), but I checked in, paid my registration, and was out in short order. The staff at this location has consistently been courteous in my opinion. Gosh, that must be why I visit this location!

I was given a discount because I am a pharmacist (notoriously safe drivers). When I was hit by a drunk driver on I-55 and my car totaled, my body took a hit, too, they refuse to compensate me or pay the medical bills. My perfectly valid AZ DL, exp 2026, zero tickets, was rejected as an excuse for AAA refusal to deny my claim. As a relief pharmacist I have driven thousands of miles between hospitals. This was my fifth car list to a drunk driver. I was NOT the drunk driver, just the victim. Our family has paid premiums to Auto Club for 59 years. This crash has led to a difficult recovery, and the loss of our car has had horrible repercussions. Zero compensation. Just find another insurance company, not these thieves.

I had three DMV items I needed to deal with. Two were very simple and one, I thought, was going to be potentially difficult, But like a champ the woman who helped me made the whole thing simple and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Yay!

We used the travel services with Liz and she is EXCEPTIONAL! We required special accommodations (pet friendly, etc.) and she personally called each hotel to make sure that they would work with our needs. Liz went up and beyond! We had never really thought of using AAA for our travel before and what a great experience! Thanks Liz!

My family and I use AAA travel agent to schedule our vacation in Maui. We scheduled June 2020 because of the pandemic re-reschedule our vacation for July 6 through 11,2021 with liz perry, Liz was very nice on hands throughout the whole transaction. She keep me updated on everything. She called about once a week to see if I had any questions. She told me about the AAA credit card I opened one. She asked me to watch a presentation I did. Because of the pandemic my family and I had to have Covid test 72 hours before departing. It was nine of us. Seven of us test came back on time. My husband and I test results didn’t come back until Tuesday morning on the sixth the day we were leaving. We pay $99 a person for insurance, I called AAA on the fifth, I left three messages on liz boss voicemail Candy Birkhauser, It did not say she was out of the office. Liz voicemail said she was out of the office. We paid for the insurance and no one was there to help us.so we had to pay out of pocket to Hawaiian airline around $300 I called and spoke with Liz and Candy to ask to be reimbursed. I would have been happy with
Future credit. I emailed Cindy my receipt from Hawaiian Airlines she said she needed more information. I don’t understand. A receipt is a receipt! My family and I go on vacations once a year. I use Expedia and Priceline in the past. I like the 101 communication with AAA. I’ll guess I’ll be using Costco‘s are going back to one of the other vendors. I worked in customer service most of my life. I always prided myself on and great customer service. I am not a happy customer.
