AAA Clovis

I went in and signed up and the guy that helped me charged me twice for my AAA membership and didn’t even apply all my discounts I’m supposed to receive for being a good driver, have multiple policies and vehicles on my car and not even discount on my membership that he charged me twice for! So disappointed with AAA

Since I'm a AAA roadside service member I can use their DMV services. Better then going to DMV.

The lady that helped me was so friendly and professional. I literally went in and out.don't have to wait hours at the DMV!

Worst Experience Ever! First AAA raised my car insurance from $160 to $298 because I moved from North West Fresno to Clovis, now i had to find cheaper Insurance because i lost my job due to the pandemic & cant afford such an increase.and today I went to this branch to pay my registration on my 2 cars because I'm sure everyone knows the DMV is not taking them in the office right now.and I thought I had until Aug 8th to use AAA because that's when my insurance is over for the year.that said my membership Expired Aug 1st and I had to pay minimum $95 to start it again to be able to pay my registration. Wow! First they raised my insurance so high I couldn't even afford it, then they wouldn't help me because my membership just ended and told me I had to pay again if I wanted help. I'm sad because I've been with AAA for over 10 years and this is what I get in the end.never had an accident, never used member services and this is what they do.

I came in to just pay my tags. The first thing I did was pull out my checkbook. The old guy behind the counter proceeded to ask me multiple questions which they've never done. So after 10 minutes of questions that didnt apply to me. He then said, as of Aug we no longer accept checks. And then he didnt know how to run my card as credit. Such a waste of time.

I love AAA the Clovis office on shaw ave has one of the nicest insurance agents named Margie Ortiz I currently have about 7 vehicles insured with AAA and Margie has made sure I get the best prices and services every single time I need her assistance.all the agents at this location are friendly and helpful but Margie is my favourite hands down she is definately an asset to this business! Highly recommended I wont take my business to anyone else. Ask for Margie Ortiz you wont be disappointed. Merry Christmas Margie Ortiz and AAA.

Great insurance, great road side assistance, great and fast help when you've been in an accident, great vacation planning, great discounts on hotels and amusement parks. You can take care of DMV things at the office like transfers, tags, registrations. I've been a member more than 30 years and don't plan on leaving.

I made a claim and denied the payment with a terrible customer service and no one to help us, call customer service and nobody can help you, but that if for payments if they are very punctual, bad experience I can not wait to be able change insurance

If you are a AAA member they offer DMV services here. I really enjoy this because it avoids long waits at the DMV office. I love their service they greet you when you walk in and they help you accordingly to what you came in for. Overall great service and a great yearly membership price. I also want to point out that the staff is very knowledgeable on DMV matters. They are fast and know what they are doing.

Terrible experience they are charging me $339 after my policy is cancel, also my brother in law made a claim and they denied payment with a terrible customer service no one to help. Yearbs ago I hear people with a hard complain and pain on AAA Insurance

Love love love this place I can do my ins get my tags for my car and have road side service for a small price keep up the good work love you guys

New member here but i got to say is wow how awesome 1st got an awesome quote, 2 very welcoming when i entered the building, 3 the agent i got assigned to is very awesome and cool and knowledgeable he helped me alot.

I love the convince of this location, friendly staff and quick service even with lines. AAA has always been worth the money and the membership pays for its self over and over again.

I bein a member of AAA outo insurance fir a long time. Before we had to lacation to go to. Now we have 4.2 in Clovis CA. And 2 in Fresno CA. Dont be afraid to ask for a quote is free.

Very incompetent regarding DMV practices/policies. Waited 3 hours and was shuffled to 3 different people for them to quote me that I owed over $4,000 for an out of state car registration. The actual amount was less than $1,000 at the DMV. I was hoping this place would have more intelligent people than the DMV. I was wrong.

Staff is always helpful, friendly and kind. The DMV part is a big help and the discounts always come in handy! Marci is always sweet & Dennis is always nice. The whole staff is great and that makes a world of difference.

Our service was disappointing based on previous service in Lincoln NE, Las Vegas, and Oahu. When we asked for road conditions, we were given was a piece of paper with a CA highway phone number. They are the closest office to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks and all they could offer were maps. My AAA computer app was more helpful, but couldn't answer our questions. Neither could this office.

Been there almost 20 years, they started raising the cost after getting it lower over all that time right back to where it was, the last 2 years with aaa have been awful, after 20 years I'm looking for better insurance. The agents aren't any help and i caught mine lying to me about the rate hikes last year and this year. F these guys.
