Beyond awful-stay away! Paid $400 for 8 chair cushions (for which we already had the fabric). The cushions had to be redone several times and STILL were poorly done and stapled together! Non-existent customer service. Owner charged us for new filler but simply used our old filler until we noticed and complained. He told us they be ready a certain date, then multiple trips there were in vain - the cushions weren't ready and he was rude and unapologetic. Can't believe he's still in business. Total nightmare experience - we finally simply gave up.

Our reply:
"AAA Custom Upholstery why did you stuff the new cushion covers with the old cushion material and charge $400? Please explain. "
No answer to that!

We have had them do two different sets of dining room chairs. Both times the work was terrific. They replaced the foam padding, added trim detailing and the workmanship was beautiful. The price was very good and fair.
