AAA Daly City Branch reviews
18 Excellent Service, Excellent Parking, Absolutely Great Help at AAA.
Visit AAA lots going on AAA There for you.
As soon as I walked in the network was down and I had to sit here and wait for it to come backup. I suggested upgrading their network.
Absolutely BLESSED by the services these gentlemen handing my emergency road side assistance today. RICHARD & GABRIEL I owe you a huge thank you for providing fast, dependable customer service. I was needing a Tow from Daly City to Folsom, though the trip would have surpassed by mileage limit, and would have costed me hundreds of dollars, they provided me a costless alternative to have vehicle towed. My vehicle made it to its destination faster than i ever could have, these men were so understanding and helpful. I so wish there was more I could have done to thank them. I would so recommend this branch to anyone in the SF area needing assistance.
First off let me start off by saying that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at multiple California AAA offices including this one, however the lady I dealt with today was exceptionally rude. Not sure what was up her thing today. I went in for a simple title transfer. First off she gives me the look and asks me oh you bought this car for 1500? Uh yeah, you can certainly buy $12k cars for $1500 when it needs a $8000 transmission. Last time I checked you work for AAA not Carmax. The previous owner made a small mistake on the title regarding the mileage. According to her, i need to have a different form signed by the PO. Which is basically an updated version of Reg 132 (Bill of Sale). I tell her that I do have a PDF copy of Reg 132, signed by the PO. She tells me oh the DMV doesn’t accept electronically signed Bill of sale. Yeah right, then how come the last five cars I’ve bought and sold never had any issues. Then she tells me oh if the DMV accepts it then go to the DMV! Really? If I wanted to stand in the DMV line for two hours why T* do you think I’m here️️. Guess what, went to a different AAA office and transferred the title with 0 issues. Avoid this counterperson if possible. You can’t miss her- Filipino lady that weighs about 300lbs, you can spot her from a mile away.
Very quick and very friendly team. I ws done there in 20 minutes (DMV services), which DMV made me go back and forth for months.
Wow. Going to this branch was a bit farther but wow everyone was super nice. They still let you in even when it’s near 10 mins closing unlike other branches. I was able to get in and out in no time!
I will be coming here instead moving forward.
Thank you!
It sucked; I used to love going here for my DMV business, now seems the whole world goes there for DMV business and they don't add personnel to handle the extra customers.
Might as well go to the DMV office; you have to pay fees for renewals anyway.
No line, although I had an appointment, to get a temporary HC placard. Helpful clerks who know the DMV process and strict rules. Easy parking once you get into the parking garage.
Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable and alot of options available to assist with home auto of life insurance. My agent many times has gone beyond the call of duty for my membership.
A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
I was in and out in 20 minutes,
I Resolved all my DMV issues at one time- it was the most Pleasurable Experience I've had in a Very long time- I Also Added another family member to my Membership, Being a AAA MEMBER give me a Sense of Security knowing I'm COVERED.
* AAA is the BEST in the BUSINESSES.
AAA is so well worth the membership. During this world crisis, they helped me register my car with DMV and helped me with info on taxes that I’ve paid for my car. 5 cheers for AAA…
Didn't get the names of the people I dealt with but most of them were engaging and great. I guess I came in expecting a DMV like atmosphere but it was quite nice.
Service was great and the Representative was very pleasant and was able to assist me within 10 minutes for my Vehicle Registration. If you can skip DMV, I would recommend it
Really easy and quick to get an IDP. The lady who was working at the door (covid protocol for entry into AAA) processed me as fast as I could fill out the forms while still helping other customers! Every visit is fast and pain-free. Makes a membership worth it if only to avoid the dmv.
I learned that you can have car DMV services done at AAA so I gave it a try. 15 minutes from arrival to departure! Great customer service. Highly recommend. Also a lot of parking at this location.
The representative was very helpful with my membership questions but the cashier was rude, not helpful, and seemed very frustrated at his job.
Only one person in line for dmv services! Well worth the price of the AAA card. Let's not forget the assurance of the other benefits.
My partner finally convinced me to try AAA for my DMV registration which I couldn't do online nor did my issue for within the parameters of the DMV chat bot, Miles.
There is plenty of parking at AAA & the line moved quickly. The customer service person was knowledgeable, pleasant & efficient. I should have joined long ago.
