Needed to pickup a copy of our proof of insurance policy card, did have to wait in line for service. Not long wait

This is for Jen, if your job is greeting customers please change your attitude! You don't know how much a change you can make in someone's life greeting people with a big smile instead of a rude attitude. We FELT very unwelcome with your attitude. Your job is to explain people what paperwork they need and why only one person is allow to go in there. My husband and I are members from AAA since 2005 and we both have membership and you telling me that I can't be inside is kind of rude. I don't mind waiting outside because of the covid19 but you have to choose the RIGHT WORDS to tell that to people and not with that nasty attitude you had today!

Was here again on June 24,2020.awesomely knowledgeable and helpful personnel. Thoroughly enjoy going into and interacting with everyone.

Though we are in a world of chaos at the moment, there is no need for rude manners from such employees.that is all.

Have been a AAA member since I was 16 on my parents account they have changed a lot in the years some good some not so good but the best part Is that they have DMV services that doesn't require you to wait 4 hours

The best best people working here. So nice so professional. Plus they have DMV services for members. They take the hassle out of standing in line at the DMV. Plus they have ave the map machines here too. Parking is a bit limited if you want to park close to the entrance almost all of the front spaces are handicap.

Nice office, friendly staff. Being a senior on a fixed income, however, it is too expensive for me.

Greatest experience ever. My mom just died and I inherited her car so yeah I was a little timid about the process and had no idea where to begin. They got it - and took care of all my needs. Kind - guinuely friendly and so helpful. Everyone was wonderful and a special shout out to Scott Daugherty - all around great guy. Thank you all for everything

They have some really helpful DMV services if you don't live near a field office. The only catch is you have to be a AAA member.

Was not as good as the ones I have been to in other toens. The greeter gave me different information and that which I had on the phone about Services they provided. So I'll just plan left. And I don't plan to use them again

I've been going 2 this satellite office since it opened A few years ago. It is so much more convenient than going to the DMV office. Every time that I have gone there the people are really helpful and I did not have to wait too long. It is a nice setup and and there is always somebody at the front to guide you to the right person.

First time in this location. Scott was a tremendous help regarding to the questions I had of my auto coverage and assisting me signing up for renters insurance.

I've been a aaa member for a long time and love the benefits. My favorite benefit is the DMV service. Worth the membership cost by itself! Rarely need roadside service, but glad its there just in case. Highly recommended. Get AAA if you dont have it. Lots of benefits!

Awsome service, Had dmv work to be done and was in and out in about 20 minutes for something that would have taken me all day at DMV. Everyone was positive and upbeat which made it go even better

I went to register my car (without an advance notification) to find out that my registration for my four year old car went up $50. Bucks! It was still better than standing in the DMV line.

They dont take care of customer once you sign in thats it, you wouldnt even know if everything went through. Then my insurance magically went up from 100.05 to 150.00 a month just because the feel like it. I have clean driving records.

Best money I ever spent! I will never go to the DMV again! We should privatize the DMV and give it to AAA to run more efficiently and with 100% more customer satisfaction nationwide.

Busy place, no parking by door but they do have reserved spaces behind building, (across parking lot.)
