2The man who answered the phone on august 11 at 12: 20 pm was extremely rude. I just wanted to find out how much they charge for fingerprinting. To reply with no idea and then silence. Then continue with with I wouldn’t know how much unless you tell me who you need fingerprinting for. Completely rude and unprofessional. My family has been with AAA for over 20 years. Definitely not going to them for service anymore.
I drove all the way to their location on Harding St.in Carlsbad in Friday, holiday weekend traffic, after confirming with the person there that they they would be open and available for a scan anytime before 4pm. I arrived to a locked door at 2: 05 pm and waited outside for awhile, calling and leaving messages several times, only to get their machine. I never got a call back and ended up going to the UPS Store around the corner who did the scan in about 5 minutes. I really like to support small businesses, but I will never use AAA Live Scan of Carlsbad, again. Dont go there unless you like to waste your time. I don't.
