Nadia is a god send at the Los Banos branch. I had terrible experiences with "other" agencies in Los Banos, and always thought AAA was expensive. Nadia got me a competitive quote and better coverage than her competitors. To AAA - Nadia Sanchez deserves a raise, she never lost focus on customer service. Nadia is a great representation of stellar customer service! Thank you AAA and Nadia!

Got a flat tire and was told it would take 45 min to 1 hour yet road assistance NEVER arrived.
It would be nice if when you call the customer service number for roadside assistance that they start it off with: for English 1 for Spanish 2. My father-in-law just speaks Spanish and doesn’t understand any English. He had a hard time navigating the system. I called for him and asked them if they can have a Spanish representative call him to help him out with his request and they said no that I would have to call him on a three way call, which I thought was kind of silly because how will they be able to locate him if I’m calling him. Things would be so much smoother if they change their calling system for people that don’t speak any English.
A big thank you to Yesenia and Nadia they are amazing great customer service, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.
Jorge was very helpful with our niece car insurance needs. We met him within 15mins gave us a quote and execute new policy for our niece. We were out of the office within 30mins.
Very courteous knew what we needed. Highly recommend him. The entire office staff was very nice and accommodating.

Los Banos is not the best office to go. When I must, I rather drive to Merced. Staff not competent in my personal opinion.
I paid my car registration here. It was very fast, very simple, and I'm very satisfied.
I’ve had bad experience with AAA as far as roadside assistance it’s garbage AAA customer service is garbage and AAA is one of the most expensive auto insurance. I would expect better customer service i’ve got stranded many times In need of a tow truck Amd me being a member of road assistance with AAA I was thinking I would be covered they was a **no-show Many times** that’s the reason I decided to change insurance provider and I went to Allstate insurance definitely a smart choice if you’re thinking of getting AAA insurance I recommend you DON’T They’re expensive as hell and they have poor quality customer service ****GO WITH ALLSTATE YOU’LL BE IN GOOD HANDS ****
Went in and renewed my car tags. It was fast and they are very friendly. Would recommend everyone to get AAA from here.
This place is quick to activate a new account but will not follow up with emails, account numbers, membership numbers, nor will have your card shipped to the correct address and when you ask to change it, they say they don’t have access. Called 2 days in a row & they never got back to me until I called the 3rd day. AAA is great but do not do business here.
Staff was friendly. I used their DMVservices which was a nice alternative to going to the DMV.
The AAA office in Los Banos have such a wonderful staff know how to treat their customers in every way.
Lines outside too long, waited 20 minutes to get to the front of the line, then I seen about 5 ppl waiting in line INSIDE. Finally left, with my business unfinished. So disappointed.
I have a Motor home that I use as my only vehicle. It is broken and won't start and needs to get to a garage for work.called AAA for a tow knowing that I pay extra for the RV tow service, so 3 hrs after I sent in the request, the called and said that every tow company between Turlock and Tulare were all being inspected today, so I was just struck.luckily for me it wasn't on a busy highway or deserted back road. When t called to tell the garage that I couldn't get it there and why, the didn't believe the excuse either. I have a
Had to wait outside in the cold and rain. Long line. I thought I was at the dmv. Half the time I was there they had just one person working the desk for my tags.
I understand closing due to COVID-19 and adjusting the hours of operation, BUT would it have "killed" you to update your website to reflect the new hours of operation? Drove 20 miles to your office only to find out you're closed & we weren't the only ones either. The cleaning lady finally came outside & said yall started closing on Saturdays a while back.
