Went here to do dmv papers for transfer of title, i haf title, all the right signature, and they still didn't want to do it. Never come here the ppl who work in the dmv section is terrible, they always try to give you a hard time! They still haven't gave me my refund! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Not as crowded as the DMV, but limited services. So you can register car, make changes to your address, pay DMV fees, and register to vote.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been with AAA for some time now and I needed help with some documents. They are the best!

Yihan, Amy & the other person that was helping her was super knowledgeable. Super convenient and super nice. Overall, my experience here was awesome! I wouldn’t hesitate to return back to this location or any AAA branch! THANK YOU!

This office was great. Someone greeted me as soon as I walked in, and I was in and out in about 7 minutes. If you go early in the morning after they open, there's no line. Amy was extremely helpful and got my registration processed so fast, I feel like I cheated a system somewhere. Thank you AAA.

People are really nice, great customer service. Even with long lines, the wait time is really fast. Bonus is plenty of parking

Very quick service. In and out and registration paid in less than 10 mins. And I get to walk out with the sticker.

The staff are unprofessional and display no customer satisfaction whatsoever, most especially a staff member by the name of DeLeon. She should be terminated at once. Her customer service skills are nill to none, she can barely speak english at most. Her resource skills resources has a lot to be desired for. She gives AAA as a whole a bad name and reputation.

Best AAA office I have ever tried. Fast and careful services, look for Amy as receptionist, she has been there for a long long time and so professional at what she is doing. I always go there no matter how far I live from the location.

I tried to get through to an actual person because their phone tree did not have the option I needed. I spoke to 5 different people from call centers to other locations. This is just not acceptable.

We have been AAA members for 10 years now. I was introduced to Jasmine Fu after my first home purchase and I feel so lucky. She covers us for car, home, umbrella, earthquake insurance. I have been with her through multiple home moves and purchases (out of state / country). Specifics on why she is the best agent there is:

- Responsive: She is incredibly prompt on email and phone. Her response time is less than 24 hours for non-urgent related items.
- Knowledgeable: Given her tenure at AAA, she's incredibly well versed in AAA product offerings.
Professional and business advisory: She handles her business with professionalism and acts as an adviser to our insurance needs.

Other AAA staff wandering around doing nothing for clients.
Better off at DMV - they schedule appointments.

I've been a member for 15 years and the screwups that occurred after one visit to this office is beyond comprehension.
My husband goes in to get a discount on a new windshield (we are premium members). After that he asks that we be downgraded to Plus. Seems straightforward enough. That's all we asked for.

Fast forward 3 days, we receive new "classic" cards in the mail. We're supposed to be Plus. First mistake.
A week later I get my credit card statement and I've been charged for 4 double memberships - 8 people, over $500. GINORMOUS error. Second mistake.
A few days after that we get a letter denying the discount on the windshield because we are "classic" members. Another screwup. Third mistake.
My online account says I have not been billed for our memberships. I will be debited for the two memberships ($143) on 12/26. Yet ANOTHER screw up. Fourth mistake. I cancel auto payments because I simply can't afford to pay $700 to AAA for two family memberships.

I have called AAA, I have emailed AAA, I have mailed letters to AAA and my problems not only have not been addressed but I have not been reimbursed for the hundreds of dollars of extra accounts.

All because we walked in the door of this AAA office.

I have never seen so many employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing while they allow customers stand in a long line. Worst customer service.

I went to this AAA to get the title for my vehicle. At first, the agent was telling me, only will take 10 days. After a month, I called, and the agent told me will take 4 ~ 6 weeks. After three months, I called, they said it will take half year! They are completely joking! And said they were not able to track anyway. Sucks!

The people selling you insurance want only big policies, they look not too interested when you're asking just for renters insurance
