Fast and easy only thing they can't do is waive DMV late fees which were supposed to be waived because of covid-19. Cost me an extra $65 dollars to save all day at the DMV

Their window states a registration renewal kiosk is available yet when I was ushered inside I was directed to wait for 30 minutes to pay for registration renewal which in theory is fine but then they shouldn't falsely advertise unavailable services.

The staff here are extremely friendly! I arrived right around opening time and there was a line outside, not too long. Once they opened the doors, everything moved quickly. I was there to do a title transfer and the employee who was sending people in gave me all of the necessary paperwork to fill out before I went in which expidited the process. Great experience here!

Getting my DMV paperwork done was so much faster and easier (and probably safer) than going to the CA DMV. The staff is professional and do their best to help you in line to get prepared and out of there ASAP. Please just storm and take over the DMV, pleassssse AAA!

Best place for DMV services on registration and license plates. People are efficient and friendly.

When they are not the busiest the people are great and the service is wonderful. Don't go there first thing in the morning especially on a Monday. If you can get there early afternoon between 2 and 4 it's quieter and you will get the best service.

The service was quick and straightforward. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was in and out of there in no time. Great place to go to if you want to skip the DMV.

Awesome Customer Service. The kind lady at the front door was so helpful! She showed me how to use the web tool to map out my trip to Arizona. I'm really glad I'm a member.

So they can't print your driving record plus the lady behind the DMV counter was very snappy and RUDE!

So much better than going to the regular DMV office to do simple things like renewing your tags. It took about 10 minutes and that included standing in line! They are even open on Saturdays now. How super convenient is that?

With your annual fee membership, they have Good Paper maps to help you plan your trip. Also, DMV car registration services.

As usual, very pleasant and efficient service. This AAA has its own parking lot, and is very clean and spacious. Right near some good restaurants, a Safeway, and a Marshall's, so convenient to combine your AAA needs with other shopping!

The people who work there are very nice. Respectful. And fast. I was in and out in five minutes.
