Just tried to go to AAA for a machine repair. The store was closed and I can during their holiday business hours / before 3pm

I live across the country and have never actually been in the store, but I have been welcomed into their online community with open arms. Every encounter online or on the telephone has been courteous, kind and super helpful. Many virtual offerings. High quality fabrics and notions at an excellent price. I have already learned so much! AAA Sewing and Fabric in Lomita, California is an asset to the sewing and crafting community in the South Bay. Salima Jaffer, her family, and the staff strive to provide the fabulous machines, fabric, tools and notions to keep us abreast with all of the latest trends in machine embroidery, quilting, sewing and crafting. Always have someone who can answer questions on almost any project and if you need hep with your machine they provide excellent service at a fair price.turnaround time is great as well. This years Zoom classes have been for all areas from beginners to expert, and we have FUN.

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. This shop carries beautiful, high quality fabrics. I am a quilting newbie so I appreciate that they have displays of coordinated fabric. I have just started to attend some of the classes (via zoom at the moment) and have learned some helpful tricks of the trade. I highly recommend shopping here.

Hands down the best! Their merchandise selection is impressive and if you buy a sewing machine from them, the education and support you’ll receive is outstanding. Plus, with all the classes they offer, even the most experienced sewer can learn something new. I highly recommend AAA!

Came in looking to purchase a serger. They have a great selection of new and used sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery machines. The staff were all very friendly and even helped me thread the server before we left.

I have been enjoying & shopping the weekly Wednesday FBLive sales. The staff is so friendly & nice. I've gotten so many lovely pieces of fabric from here at reasonable prices. They make you feel like you are part of their group. Just signed up for the virtual Christmas party & am signing up for the Embroidery Garden event!

Always feel welcomed when I go there. Extremely knowledgeable about all the machines. Have frequent events, classes that enhance your knowledge. You are treated like a queen at these events. Their own handiwork that is displayed at the shop is exquisite and beautiful. Excellent service!

If I could give a negative star, I would. The woman who worked there is very rude and so unhelpful. They dont know anything about sewing machines. She seemed like she was just trying to chase out of the store.
