Worst shop I've been to. Plus didn't finish the the work they promised. Paid for work I never received

Smog and engine light on.
Wonderful experience, expert diagnosis to a problem and a great team to work with. I dealt mostly with JR, who manned the front counter. He was very pleasant and efficient. All staff members ready and willing to answer my questions. Five stars!

I called to ask how much would it be to replace two front shocks on a 2006 Toyota tundra V8 engine and the guy on August 1 at 4: 50 PM quoted me $2000 not very AAA ish what do you think?

I was over charged for the service based on the quote I received. I was told a mistake was made because I was being charged for synthetic blend instead of full synthetic. It was $25 more and I paid it even though they have the vin number and knew it was highly unlikely that was the case. I later remembered I had an email quote and it was priced for full synthetic. The service was excellent. Acknowledgement when I walked in next day oil change for my car. They offered transportation to my job while they worked on my car. I received a phone call when my car was ready and they arranged for transportation back to the AAA to pick up my car. Loved the friendly and attentive staff and service.

Went in and they pretty much diagnosed ALL of my issues in one visit. Much to the chagrin of the mechanic I was unable to afford everything done at once and was rather choosy with which repairs we proceeded with. They let me know my issues would not be solved with such minor repairs.
I will be back throughout the year to get my lil baby fixed up. She's a POS rn but is my workhorse.

Oil change and estimate for repairs.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I called to ask what would be checked for an inspection that I needed and I was told 3 things. I made sure those 3 things were in order before I came to do my inspection. After my car was inspected (a day after it was supposed to be because a technician decided that he wanted to go home early) it was determined that I needed some type of fluid changed as well (as apart of my inspection). But this "part of the inspection" was not mentionedat all when I called and asked what needed to be checked. I was not given accurate information. It ended up costing me $350 when my total should have been $190 and had I been given the accurate information I explicitly asked for to begin with (to try and avoid this exact problem) this wouldn't have happened. This was a way to make extra money. I will never do business here again and will be contacting management.

This place is terrible and very expensive, I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there, unless you don’t care about your car. There’s a serious lack of leadership, training, and experienced workers.

So I made an appointment for brake check and front engine noise diagnosis. They said water pump was going out but the brakes were fine. Turns out it was my alternator, truck was in the shop for 6 business days, they replaced both and the final bill was less than the original estimate. My first time here, as our mechanic retired. I thought things were going south but they treated me like a friend and valued customer. I had my fears during the process but they proved themselves trustworthy. I waited a few weeks before the review, my truck still running like a top, smooth and will I recommend this shop:

The mechanics at the shop have no clue what they're doing they are super overpriced they charged me $500 for simple tube repair and they wanted to charge me $890 to change an EGR valve when I went down the street to a different shop they only charged me $320 instead of $890 I would not recommend this shop for nothing not worth going and spending your money

Bad experience. The shop did a terrible job with my oil change and didn't place the oil filter properly. This let to a lot of oil leaking and fortunately another shop identified and fix it since I almost had no engine oil. This cost me a lot more and AAA didn't help pay for those other expenses. Neither did the store manager call me back as promised to resolve this.

Needed an alignment on my Redeye and Vacaville Dodge could not do it! AAA came through and service was awesome!

Don’t go there! They suck! Took car in and spent over one thousand dollars to get ac fixed! Two days later it stopped working! Now they don’t want to fix it! Now I’m out that money! Don’t know what to do!
