DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JAMIE AT VISALIA LOCATION. SHE WILL PURPOSELY MESS UP WHAT YOU ASK FOR AS A CUSTOMER AND GIVES FINANCIAL ADVICE WHEN SHE DON'T NEED TO. JAMIE HAS MESSED UP MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND MADE MY ACCOUNT NEGATIVE W/O ANY REIMBURSEMENT. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

To Whom It May Concern:

Regarding your request for feedback concerning my most recent experience with AAA:

The person you sent out on the call was apparently equipped to do nothing more
than test the battery, and then, when it wouldn’t start, and he had determined
that the battery was good, suggest that my car be towed to either the
manufacturer’s facility, or preferably to the shop where he is employed. I
allowed that, in good faith, believing that, at the very least, someone would run a
diagnostic and notify me of what steps should be taken next. This was early in
the morning and I waited hours with no word from the shop. Finally, I called
them, and was told that one of the people who was able to run a diagnostic had
not come to work that day and, the ONLY other person who could do it was at a
funeral. Yet, no one had bothered to call. Finally the supervisor called about
4pm
I asked whether someone would run it that afternoon, and contact
me. Their answer was, “There are cars ahead of you, so, probably NOT. ”

I called again the next morning, and was told AGAIN, the “qualified person”
was not in. At that point I called AAA for assistance, and was told there was
nothing you could do about the situation! WHAT am I paying you people for!?

Again I heard nothing back from the shop, until late in the afternoon I received a
call from the shop foreman, telling me to come pick up my car as there was
nothing wrong with it!

If this is what exemplifies “customer service” in your mind, I would be
embarrassed to work for AAA. Based on this experience, I could never give a
good rating to AAA, or to the shop where my car was taken, which is one of
your recommended options to represent you as a company. This poor level of
“customer service” is pure negligence on the part of AAA, in determining which
providers will characterize your brand to your customers.

A company that just makes so much sense to have on your side in case of stupid No Sense Having Idiots that prob got there license out of a cracker jack box decide not to pay attention to the other drivers and slam there front straight up your rear and then try to run, at least you know with AAA your going to be taken care of for real and your treated lile family. Thanks AAA.

Tried to use the rv plus portion of my roadside assistance and was highly disappointed. My RV was. Being repaired on a property in Seville and I was informed the property was foreclosed on and I needed to get my RV off the property or lose it. I was scheduled appointments with a driver twice. The first time I drove 36 miles only to find out the motorhome could not be towed due to some minor issues and would need a special trailer. AAA was given this information and we were told the dispatcher would get ahold of us this did not happen. After 8 hours of waiting we called and were given the same information that the dispatcher would contact us but this did not happen. The next day we were scheduled another appointment which was changed twice in one hour and then finally received a call that they could not tow the rv as it was not an emergency. If that was anyone of their appointments they would understand. We explained the situation to the lady who had an attitude that to us it was an emergency. We were about to lose our rv and that didn’t matter to her. The fact that we needed to get it home or lose it was to us an emergency we asked to talk to a supervisor and ended up getting hung up on. It didn’t matter if it was an emergency to us only if they felt it was an emergency. So we paid for a service that weren’t able to use and now have to scramble to come up with 500 for something we shouldn’t have had to pay for out of our pockets

Called for a tow, we have roadside assistance. Got disconnected Again for an "online" link have bad luck with that called the closest agency. We broke down SB Hwy 99,4 miles south of Pixley. We told the operator that we were moving out of town, the truck was loaded (not over full) it was covered and held down. Plus pulling a small trailer. (which we had arranged for someone else to come pick up). The tow driver from Express Towing Passed us! Then called and said he didn't really want to stop. Plus since we had a trailer he couldn't help us. He refused to talk to me since I was a woman. He would only speak with my Dad. He finally showed up 2 hrs later. I'm disabled and have a service dog she is a medium size shepherd mix, we were outside the truck already and I went to talk to him he said he would not talk to me only to my Dad. At first I let it go. Then when I had a question he told me he doesn't speak to woman and I should know my place which is beneath a man. That upset me a great deal. I took picture of the plate of his tow vehicle for Express Towing it is 16259C3. I told him I was going to report him for harassment. He then said he would say I tried to make my service dog bite him. I called him a liar and biased towards women. He said he was a good Christian and the Bible says a woman's place is beneath a man and her only job is to serve him. He refused to give his name. He was was about 5'10" slim build, dark hair starting to grey, dark rimmed glasses, Hispanic, tattoos all around his neck, on his hands, (arms were covered by his clothes) then he Left Us There! Lucky for me I still get along with my ex-husband so I called him. We still have NOT got the issue resolved with Triple A which is Very Disappointing. Even worse that they do business with companies that are against women and those with disabilities.

The woman who checks people makes me feel I'm at the DMV. She has a rude tone like customers are wasting her time. Maybe she should learn a skill and get another job.

Great service. I have a few vehicles and when I am bad at paying tags at the last minute but now I walk in AAA and take care of fast.

Agent was great, receptionist had a attitude.also it's cash or check or credit card not debit card to pay for service's.you need to be a member.

It was great till it closed in porterville. Now I'm not sure if im going to keep my membership. The reason I became a member was for the dmv services.now it is gone not sure what i will do.

For the most part they are nice but one lady kept shaming people and was unempathic. Loudly annoucing things like "well obviously you didn't renew that and this is why you have this" felt bad hearing her put people on the spot

I called to tell AAA Thai needed a new roadside card, and they told me it would take at least 4 to 5 weeks to receive the card but I got it today in the mail. Thank you AAA.

Very friendly staff, no appointments are needed. Took care of some DMV registration/change of owner, no lines, waited about 5 minutes and took care of everything in less than 10 minutes

Staff was friendly service was quick got my document notarized. They're not limited just to happen with towing roadside repairs but also DMV registration renewal and notary services.
